    @airtelindia Requested for MNP to Airtel via website & app a week ago. Was told I'd get a call soon. No calls yet. Called your paid customer care & mailed, giving the Lead Numbers of the porting request. So far, I have got no call. Such excellent service for a potential customer.

    Switching to airtel is the worst experience of service support I have asked for the Volte settings for my number yet didn't receive and now I can't even make calls @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Shame on @airtelbank @airtelindia, you suspended by Airtel Money Wallet for no reason and are now playing around me. Asking me to visit Airtel Store and when I go there they are asking me to contact customer care. Unprofessionalism at its peak.

    @airtelindia Hi. I am using a Airtel dongle in Calcutta. Used it for a month, and even though the bill is paid for Dec, it's been 4 days and we've not been able to use it. At all. My dad even went to the store but to no avail. Not able to get through Customer Care as well. Help.
