@airtelindia I waited till yesterday and today I tried reaching him and he is saying I am not sure when I will be able to fix the issue sir as I need to go to office to collect it. Issue has been identified and you people know the issue and why are you unable to fix it I don't understand.

Worst ever experience using @airtelindia xtreme fiber they just say u that they will solve ur query within few hours but even week after they even didn't pay attention to query and try to solve it.... think again before switching to @airtelindia # query no. - 10001832824

@airtelindia This is the worst low standard way of treating the customer problems... Can some one address this issue at the earliest as its been 3 days without proper channel connection and I am paying for this daily around 30 rps for the channels which I can't view. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @askairtel very unhappy with airtel broadband & d way an issue is being investigated..not sure if anyone is even investigating or its a hoax..almost 2 days now & no resolution..complaint number 140165676..every 2-3 month same issue & modem change is not a fix
