    @airtelindia You are the leading network operator and you don't have eSIM facility for prepaid users who owns Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. Just to activate eSIM on Samsung Watch the user has to switch to Postpaid. Is this the service the leading network provides?

    @airtelindia got an email on 25/5/22 , copy paste here for info: "We have checked your reference no. 15877817 for the complaint that you had raised on 05/19/2022 which has an expected resolution time of 2 working days. Rest assured your concern will be resolved by 05/27/2022"

    it’s a shame, lodged a complaint for data not working with IVR, after months resolution not provided. Complained again but no response. Machines doing all the work & no human presence? Soon would port to a diff telecom @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I get a new message saying the same will be resolved on 31 may. Are you even for real. How can you resolve when i have repeatedly following up saying I am not available at home during weekends. fyi they have been resolving the same issue from 20 may
