@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence — I have sent multiple mails to register my mail with the mobile number and requests are turned down with an advise to call 121. My parents are in Chennai and number is registered in Bangalore. It’s urgent as they cannot order anything online.

@airtelindia one of the worst customer service ever!!! Called for canceling the broadband service and as usual made me wait for more than half an hour. Finally your agent Pavithra disconnected without saying an apology!!!

@airtelindia Is there any way to reach your customer support without visiting to your office? Dont say call 121 or 198..its worst and there is no option to make interact with support people I raised a complaint 1 month back still no support from your side..worst customer service after sales

@airtelindia Under this situation I would have no option than to pay the outstanding as I can't afford to discontinue the mobile number ( not service provider). The message is being sent with this hope that my request of waiver of extra charged amount will be considered. Thanks
