    @airtelindia I have recharge my number twice with same amount 548 due to slow network and I need refund of one recharge if o call customer care they are telling validity will be adjusted instead. But I need refund of second recharge

    @airtelindia Your team can give commitments during calls to stop cancellation, but later denies everything saying “no provision available.” This is not professional customer support. Stop sending generic replies and arrange an immediate callback on my registered number

    @airtelindia Paying for Airtel Premium/Black and still facing constant Wi-Fi disconnections with zero proper support. Only automated replies. I demand refund/compensation for service outage. Escalating to @TRAI and Consumer Court if unresolved. @Airtel_Presence
