  .@reliancejio I've been facing serious network issues in my area for the past week. On one hand, recharge prices keep increasing. On the other, the quality of service keeps getting worse.   @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Additional details - No response from the engineer on the number listed, no reasoning provided for delay, no option for same day resolution. 48 hours to resolve a wire issue @TRAI - I ask again, is there no resolution for an aggrieved customer?

I've paid two booking amounts, still have no connection, and Airtel isn't even processing the cancellation or refund. This is unacceptable customer service.
