  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the request is STILL not addressed. No proper resolution, no accountability, and apparently no respect for a customer's time. I chose Airtel Black expecting priority service and reliability. Instead, I’m being forced to chase Airtel for a basic address change.

  Can you stop sending reminder mails and messages 10 days before expiry @airtelindia ffs. 2-3 days before expiration of pack is okay but why tf do i need to receive 20 messages a day about a pack that’s going to expire on sept 5. Stopp harassing your customers with useless service

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews My town, ichauli, Tehsil Maudaha, District Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh, has thousands of Airtel users, yet 5G service is not being provided here. Please, Airtel officials, take cognizance of this matter and provide 5G service in ichauli.
