    @airtelindia are you kidding me? I asked to discontinue an airtel wifi order after paying 1500/- for it. Customer care confirmed but nothing has happened till now!

    @JioCare No resolution yet. The jio cenrre prpmised new connection yesterday. No one came. Now he is telling that he cant come today also. And old device which i surrendered, the credit note is not reflecting in app. If not possible o request you to cancel and i can move to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @TRAI Extremely disappointed with Airtel's service. technician demanded extra payment to provide service. Despite multiple complaints through, 121 customer care, and Nodal team, no one has provided a resolution. Very poor customer experience.

    @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with your service. My DTH has not been working for over a month, yet I am still being charged. Neither the technician nor the sales representative has resolved the issue, and I have not received any proper updates.
