    @JioCare Could you please confirm what issue? It's a new installation and if the service is that much slow in this area then when Internet glitches comes I believe no one will come. It would be better if you make a refund so that I can ask @airtelindia to install.

    spoken to me at morning is not reachable now, very worst service from @airtelindia pls help to shift Wi-Fi soon by now, very worst service and no proper response from @Airtel_Presence now i am planning to change from airtel due to this worst response @JioCare

    @JioCare Very frequent disconnection of jiofiber. Multiple tickets raised but no permanent solution. Present ticket is SR00003AKB6F. Service person is not lifting the phone, and our business is heavily affected now. @FibreAirtel @airtelindia can you help us here?

    pathetic service by @airtelindia and no help from customer care. Not sure if your people are trained. They say there is no option to escalate, they dont let me speak to a senior. Every week there is an issue and they never do a permanent fix! Work is hampered! No accountability!

    Telecom scams of @airtelindia take money for IPTv before, assured call from support in half an hour, 4 hours passed no calls. @pmo you have given us corrupt corporate service, which you have no control.
