  Still no response or engineer visit scheduled. Internet is completely non-functional for last 3 days. I was promised for a dedicated service as I am a Airtel Black customer. But in reality, it is quite opposite to that. Pathetic service! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  From Saturday @airtelindia wifi is down in my area and #airtel ain't even bothered to tell the resolution. I don't think any big company like airtel will take two days to resolve a technical solution. Worst you are worst #airtel.

  Dear Airtel my 5g unlimite data is not working at all I have recharged 5g and have the network signal but still the data is being used from 4g one which have 2gb and once it's finished it's not wokring at all @airtelindia

  Poor Network I have raised 15 mail Complaints to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and Respective Nodal officer but issue remains the same you charge for 5G Speed but coverage at location is poor also your people fails to fix the issue
