    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am writing to escalate an unresolved complaint regarding the unauthorized activation of three sports channel add-ons on my Airtel DTH account. These channels were added without my consent, and I have been charged for them.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, your DTH website, Thanks App, and customer care are so screwed up that one cannot change the package for the DTH connection. Customer care people keep bouncing us back to the Thanks App, which doesn't work well. Please make it user-friendly

    Wifi went down in the morning and raised a ticket as well. Ticket was assigned to technician. When I followed up i was told he couldn't attend bcoz the issue was outside his service area and that he reassigned it to someone else Really ?!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    airtel is just a scamster these days. i have an unlimited 5g recharge and a constant 5g network, yet whenever my 2 gb daily data gets over, they slow down the internet so much that you're practically forced to buy additional data packs. what's the point of offering unlimited 5g data then? what does "unlimited" even mean? something fishy is going on. will be porting out soon. @airtelindia

    I've been without WiFi since morning. A tech visit was scheduled, but no one showed up or bothered to cal. For a company that claims 2be India's best netwk, the aftersales service is pathetic. I expect someone from @airtelindia to take ownership & resolve this issue. 11035146926

    @airtelindia wtf guys I raised to shift my connection and no response in chat support in app, No even answering the customer service number. If I’m doing work from home and I got connection on this network now it’s been days you’ll not even bothered or even respond ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why would I have to suffer WiFi disconnection every day? Yesterday 8 hours today 5 hours expected time. I've lost 5 of my leaves relying on your service in the past 30 days alone. You won't refund for the missed days. Can't reach your TM without AI.

    @PranitaJaju @airtelindia Looks like an outage. The social media customer care team should have reached out to you by now. I am facing the same issue. Pathetic service and no accountability. The customer care number is a joke. It will not allow you to talk to the agent. Even the chat bot is a scam.

    Hi i had complaint about my DTH is not working B001 is showing since Saturday ,I got ticket and ur engineer was supposed to visit r house on Saturday according to the date and time slot but till now no one has come, whenever I m calling them they say we are sending. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews ~ note that Black is a big joke on consumers - extracts extra business with: 1) No dedicated service line 2) No dedicated relationship manager 3) No help online The only solution provided every-time ~visit the store. #BetterRedthenBlack
