  @airtelindia This is extremely frustrating. I have an active 5G unlimited plan and I am clearly in a 5G coverage area using a 5G device, yet my data is being deducted from my 4G balance. This is unacceptable and misleading. Kindly resolve this issue immediately #Airtel

  Wouldn’t it make sense for @reliancejio , @airtelindia and all other network providers to allow 2-3 minutes of extra data if - the user’s internet is over - the user came on the official app to recharge A lost opportunity for a recharge that the user could have done.

  Don’t buy this ****** @airtelindia wifi if you got any work to do. These people only give false promises and ground reality is zero. From last 40+ hours my wifi is down and there senior representatives/ escalation team only ask for 1-2 hour to send the engineer, but noone arrives

  @airtelindia last Sunday I ported my sim card from VI to Airtel and paid for FRC now 2 days back my MNP was completed but the person who completed he didn't make FRC also not responding kindly provide he contact details else I file legal complaint against you.
