    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been requesting for a SIM SWAP for one of our phones since yesterday. Have done it all. Visited Store, Submitted docs, Enterprise Hub not working for me, BEEN DMing here too since yesterday. AIRTEL, you were better than this !

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a miserable experience. No listener in airtel. Applied and paid for broadband services, 5days down the lane still waiting for wifi. Pathetiic.

    @Airtel_Presence I have no idea about @airtelindia data speed but must say service of yours is the slowest among other all telecom companies even slowest than BSNL. I think I did a mistake by giving up Jio connection and paid for yours. Very Shameful service.

    @airtelindia @airtelbank Your AIRTEL PAYMENT BANK App sucks. Trying to pay electricity bill for last one week. Every time it gives Error "Data Fetch problem". Is this how you earn interest on customers Wallet money ?

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Our 1 gbps broadband connection is down since 8 days and none of your bopal , ahmedabad, Gujrat office executives are able to solve the issue. Also nobody is willing to solve it, as we are getting only false commitment everyday for SR133349970.

    I am an existing customer of @airtelindia, I wanted to upgrade to Airtel xstream. Online payment was made for the same on 19 Jun, however I got new customer ID.I connected Customer care multiple time to support me in fixing it. I have received very blunt replies @Airtel_Presence

    I really fail to understand this logic told by customer care team that they are ready to give me new connection but not ready to upgrade my exciting connection. its been more than 25 days, I did not get any update even after making the payment @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
