    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    @airtelindia Adei, do you have something to call as customer service? My Wifi is not working since yesterday and your service engineer doesn't pick calls. The ticket assigned to him should have been already resolved by the ETA provided by you.

    @airtelindia the service in Parbhani has deteriorated badly. Please fix the network issue urgently and provide a permanent solution. Otherwise, there is no reason for us to continue with Airtel. 3/3
