  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia our internet connection 01141518775 goes down after every month inspite of your assurance. Your executive also do not respond to messages sent. Pls look into it and revert. Do not say that it will be done in 24 hours or so.

  @airtelindia @TRAI Network coverage in Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 is not adequate. Even normal voice calls cannot be completed properly—calls break and audio cuts out. Mobile internet is also unreliable. Please install a new mobile tower and provide proper coverage

  @airtelindia disappointment with service in my area. Whenever there is a power cut, the network quality deteriorates significantly or becomes unavailable altogether. The most frustrating part is that there seems to be no responsible person to ensure that the backup generator1/2

  @airtelindia Fed up with this. I’ve repeatedly requested cancellation of my Wi-Fi, yet I’m still being billed for a service I’m not using. Customer support is impossible to reach. Is Consumer Court the only option left? This is unacceptable. You are doing a scam.

  Respected sir, recently I purchased an Airtel prepaid SIM from an Airtel Retailer store in Kolkata. I successfully converted this physical SIM into eSIM. My mobile data is perfectly working with high speed but the problem is Calling is still not activated. Help. @airtelindia
