    @airtelindia The services have been pathetic in last 3 months...calls issues...disturbance, internet issue...I raised a request to fix it...a ticket was raised and was closed stating issue resolved...nobody bothered to check with me

    Seems like airtel customer care can close the request without giving solution. I have been using airtel post paid for sometime now I'm having some issue with billing so I raised concern now it's been closed without consulting with me @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I switched from prepaid to postpaid plan. 699+gst I am unable to add family member number ,i went to airtel store and they took otp but he was supposed to visit home for kyc but not responding now How pathetic service you have .

    Hey @airtelindia I am forced to tweet because I am fed up of complaining about your services at pincode 401202 in Maharashtra. Issues are as follows: very bad network, poor internet speed, call drops. We are on expensive post paid plan and yet this is the situation #fixit
