    Added a number to @airtelindia Black on 14 Apr. Agent promised my โ‚น299 prepaid recharge would adjust in postpaid bill, but it hasn't. Broken commitments aren't acceptable. Resolve this billing issue immediately or I am porting out my connection. #Airtel #CustomerService
