@airtelindia Your service sucks, I have requested for fibre technology from copper technology, as requested the technicians came home and updated from copper tech to fibre tech wiring and also changed the modem. That’s great, appreciated.

Had ported from @airtelindia to @reliancejio , made final payments at Airtel store. Got SMS 2 weeks later to pay balance, which I paid. But Airtel is not updating their system. Made at least 10 calls to Airtel, support chat and visit. Still getting SMS daily to pay!!

Mistakely my sister change my prepaid Sim to postpaid I have talk to customer care but the say can’t do anything can’t get the point if I can change my sim to prepaid to postpaid in my home so why I can’t I change my sim to postpaid to prepaid @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Pathetic service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Changed the sim today as the existing sim suddenly stopped working. I was told that the new sim would be activated in 4 hours. It's already 7+ hours, and it's still not activated.

Imagine living in a city like PUNE and you cant even open a website at night because you are using @airtelindia service.. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic. They brag about 5g and all but couldn't even provide decent 4G services that too in a city like pune.
