Dear @airtelindia, I am sorry to inform you that I am very disappointed with your work. I am unable to use my internet connection. Even manually 4G connection unavailable. I have registered a complaint yesterday but till now nothing improved. I couldn't use my 1GB data yesterday.

Airtel customer care informed me that this song is no more available in their (Wynk) database so I should choose another song. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Jio internet speed in my area was down last one month I raise query lots of time still no solution we are getting high speed of 100 kbs speed only lots of people stop recharge for jio as net is slow even in main area was too low 10 kbs.

@airtelindia Don't launch 5g service first of all please look into your 4g services. Past 1 years registered many network complaints on my postpaid number but not getting any support and prblm still happen. Worst service I had ever seen. It's better I switch to jio @reliancejio postpaid.

@airtelindia First give us 4G properly for the past two day our airtel network works like dump , yes not only mine my brother , my mom , and my uncle's airtel also not working properly and i know what i have started using airtel sim from 2012 almost 9yrs #lossing_our_loyalty on #airtel

@Airtel_Presence So it's more then 24 hours from my previous complaint, no text or call from @Airtel_Presence All those customer care guys were ******* lying about the escalation and what not since day one. Seriously @airtelindia should just stop saying that they care about their customers
