    @airtelindia @VittalGopal Fedup with #airtel customer service response on tiny shifting within the complex, struggling since last 4 days & only false assurance given by the team. Is this the standard of #Airtel ? Moreover I am Airtel black customer! Feeling so 😠

    @airtelindia Trying to connect with Customer support from last 30mins,I have recharged ₹128 through my Airtel App & the service is not working, sms received to recharge the unlimited pack, Why unlimited pack is compulsory & what is a use of all other packs.

    @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, Its now more than 10 hours i have raised the concern. I havent recieved any update yet . If you dont want to provide service, i will stop using Airtel @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Bill with correction in due date is still not available on Airtel thanks App. @airtelindia @airtelnews. I could see due date is still 16 May for statement period 5 Apr to 4 May. You may send me complaint no, as your representative on call shown their incompetency to provide same

    @Airtel_Presence Even after 12 hous i havent recieved any call from Airtel regaridng Airtel Black while my lead was already generated on 11th. I will change the service provider after such pathetic service . #Shame @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Don't you send me Bill, although there are errors in bills, by you must have address.@airtelindia Why do you spend time by requesting details one by one instead in single request ? Is it your strategy to harras customer ? Instead of improving your network ?

    Visited @Airtel_Presence store with UPC to port my existing postpaid number from another operator to @airtelindia prepaid network. But porting was denied stating that I can only port from "postpaid to postpaid" and NOT "postpaid to prepaid." Does MNP have such restrictions?
