    Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

    @Airtel_Presence As stated in my earlier tweet the info was totally wrong inspite of having provided correct info to Ur backend and hence it is as good as no resolution of the problem, so don't try to avoid accepting mistakes in your systems @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia unethical practices adopted by you. Whenever your technician visits for addressing any complaints, they cut the cable of other operators. It creates problems to others.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bullshit service, ordered hdbox 2 sim and add-on extreme boxunder one family plan. It's been 4 days but my extreme box is not activated yet. Your dombivli dealer Tanaji is worst and has no idea at all just fake promises.Will not recommend at all.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ve one of the worst customer service depts. 1. Takes forever to connect. 2. I sent a port out req and your customer service exec called to ask the reason. He did not listen to my reason, instead kept blabbering in a very rude voice fyi. Ugh!

    @Airtel_Presence Still not resolved. The Airtel broadband connection was alright earlier. It started giving problems after upgrade to extreme fibre! One should not succumb to pressure from repeated calls and messages. 😑 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia At first work on your 4G speed.Your 4G is running like 2G.Though Airtel packs are expensive still I use it just for fast net but now(slower than Jio). They says we can do surgery by using 5G. If doctor use your network then the Heart surgery will be done in Kidney.

    @airtelindia I have raised complaint on Wednesday 17 Aug over call @5.17 pm no 10071474473 and tat was 18 Aug 3.30 Pm but no resolution tat is breached and no update. Engineer tried calling more than 8 time reaching no answer

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal .. I got to know while complaining about my speed degrading issue to airtel customer care they confirm that during the bill payment cycle " Airtel provide only throttle speed( min) and one u pay the bill we resume back to original.
