    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You add value added services cost(uncalled for) to the bill. We raise a ticket. You don't resolve. & then you disconnect the services. You want folks to pay the incorrectly invoiced bills & then call your team? Looting like never before. #airtel

    moreover I bought Airtel Hotspot on 14th September 2020.. Store Manager informed will send bill invoice by email within 24 Working Hrs.. Now it's more than 70 Hrs still waiting for the same.... Panthetic customer support @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia +917573061128 got a call from this number for MNP. Upon showing interest to port to Airtel I asked few questions about plan but people are not able to answer patiently and hung up. I am really thinking to port due to network issues.

    Hey, @airtelindia, one week and three outages on our Fiber Optic Wifi. How is this acceptable? At the time of sale, it was told to us that the maximum time it ever takes for service to resume is four hours. This is horrible service.
