moreover I bought Airtel Hotspot on 14th September 2020.. Store Manager informed will send bill invoice by email within 24 Working Hrs.. Now it's more than 70 Hrs still waiting for the same.... Panthetic customer support @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

There is no recharge to keep your number active for a year (minimum is 79/28 days now from 49). 13 months a year as per the telecom industry😠

Internet works at 2G speed and most of the time the range shows just one or max 2 at times. Pathetic service and pathetic network. Alas we are left we no other choice than Jio and Voda.Less competition less quality
