Hardik Lashkari (@HardikLashkari1) reported@airtelindia has to be the worst broadband connection you could ever use. I don't even get the network in my bedroom, because the modem is installed in the dining room. The speed is worst, and the field agent doesn't even want to change the modem or its location. He wants to solve the problem on the call itself, because it saves his time. Worst company, worst service, worst customer experience!
