I made mistake by switching to Airtel. My data keeps switching To 4G and 3G Back and fourth and its annoying even in good network areas. please send me Porting number so I can swtich back to previous provider. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I'm going to withdraw my connection from @JioCare @jio and join @airtelindia As @JioCare doesn't care about my concern I raised before week I know it doesn't make any difference to you but I joined joined jio as indian company which doesn't help me when I needed it most...

@rajupanti @airtelindia WiFi experience and broadband speeds are two different issues. People experience poor service mostly due to poor WiFi performance as they move further away from the device. Overall @Airtel_Presence broadband service has been very good in my area.

@airtelindia pathetic service, it is been and 12 days and 1 DTH issue could not resolved. The technicians are so unprofessional and rude not expected from Airtel. For Airtel black 18 years old customer service are so bad, what will happen to others. no response on email as well.

@airtelindia I have dial 198 but didn't get option to speak with customer care. For the last 30 min I am unable to connect with customer care bcz not getting option on IVR to speak with customer care. Disgusting service. Pathetic service. Worst service. Zero rating service.
