I made mistake by switching to Airtel. My data keeps switching To 4G and 3G Back and fourth and its annoying even in good network areas. please send me Porting number so I can swtich back to previous provider. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

My Airtel broadband is down again from 3pm yesterday. I have already raised a ticket. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please look into this & provide a permanent solution to this problem and assign the engineer by 4pm Ticket no. 10059266782. Unprofessional really. It’s been 24hrs!!

@Airtel_Presence @kushwah_bi Airtel Internet continues to buffer while the poor consumer pays to suffer When the support system is gruffer, getting solutions becomes tougher The better option is to port from airtel and check what the competition has to offer @airtelindia What a shame?

@airtelindia You guys promote Gaming in your ad for Xtream Fiber but you are not fixing the ping issue in online gaming as only airtel is having 120ms ping vs 30-50ping on other ISPs. I raised a complaint and yet no fix. It gets fixed for 2-3week & again 120ms.

@airtelindia it has been 5 days that the internet is not working inspite of the outage being fixed. Countless calls to your customer care has fallen into deaf ears. Cancel and refund please. Stop harassing.
