    @airtelindia how do I raise a request for a incoming and out going call on one of my number it's an Airtel prepaid number. I tried contacting the customer service team but the hold time was way to high.

    @airtelindia Never switch to Airtel guys, worst customer service and no value given to customers. They will come early morning for booking and taking a big amount after that after the continuous follow up also will not suffice and for installation u will have to wait for forever

    @airtelindia Having connectivity issues using airtel BB as soon as I connect to Office VPN located in UK, When connected to same VPN through IdeaVodaphone mobile network its all working fine. Never had any issues with airtel in past 3 years! Please look into it.
