  . @airtelindia can you please change the name of the @Airtel_Presence handle to "Airtel doesn't Care". I am trying to get a replacement sim for my postpaid number and all the support rep says is some process stuff. It basically meant "we don't care about your problem".

  @amitbhawani @airtelindia Have seen Airtel Fiber going from best to worst in a period of 2 years, I told them about this power issue and they are like we clueless about what needs to be done and the blunt is being faced by the end consumer, struggling with constant disconnections on VPN and Zoom calls
