    After multiple complaints about my airtel network issue, I finally decided to switch to other service. Recently I switched 4m Voda to Airtel wich is a mistake, now I hv completed 90dys period being post-paid customer alrdy, so enough is enough. GBye @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence hi. I have brodband connection from april21 and the same closed june21 due to tranfer form my place even alredy complant ur customer care but not yet any revert as well as refund.This is very unprofessional approch as a barnd name. Pls take action @airtelindia

    Hello, I am fed up of airtel the fastest network as it claims I have been complaing about the issues but no permanent solution. I called customer days after day I only got a reply we are working on it now it's been 2 months @airtelindia @SunilBhartiMit1

    @airtelindia my Xtreme fiber internet connection suddenly dropped and now I am tryung to raise a SR via the app but it just won't create a service request. I am planning to shuft my connection to a new location if this is your service then I might as well switch to other ISP

    @airtelindia You are providing multiple service without command on single service. 1st try to give customer friendly service on one platform then try to explore your business in multiple area's let me give you worst experience that I am facing last 19 months .
