    @airtelindia If sim get lost or damaged by my mistake then definitely I will bear the charges. Its a loot that Airtel is playing. First of all network issue then sim issue. Let me know shall switch the service provider.

    I will not be paying the hiked charges for the new plan till I get a call from @airtelindia and the problem is fixed. Why was my Internet plan changed without reference to me? And why is there no way to contact you for help except through the useless app? 2/2

    @airtelindia Your social media team seems quite inactive and doesn't even care to respond My broadband had been down for the past couple of days and I just keep receiving messages one after the other that services will be restored. I've received around 17 messages till now.

    @airtelindia not only was my portable internet plan charges increased without any warning to me, but I have been unable to get through to ANY customer care to fix the problem. The Airtel app is of NO help to me because it sends OTPs to the SIM that is INSIDE the dongle! 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The UPI payment remains stuck in processing mode.Your customer care agents are pathetic and keep asking me to open Airtel Payments Bank account, instead of helping with my issue. Pls refund my late fee and look into the issue ASAP. What a nightmare!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very bad experience from Airtel broadband service. They told us that our broadband bill would be generated on 26th of every month and we would get the invoice on 27th but still we haven't received yet. Even their executives are not on same page.
