    @airtelindia How to make your complaint count “0” (which is promoted)? Ask @airtelindia. Create so many steps in IVR that customer doesn’t reach any of the customer service representative to ensure no Complaint is logged. Kudos to entire @airtelindia team.

    @airtelindia worst airtel tv setup box. In every 2nd month, the channels got disappeard. And they charge 150 rs unnecessary to resolve the issue. Customer care staff is worst.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @reliancejio Please have a look at Airtel . They have built an automated system which switches customer ports from higher bandwidth to lower without human intervention. Amazing. #AirtelChorHai

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I never used add on number issued, still paying full charges without having sim in hand. Despite of request, another add on number not getting deactivated.....every month paying 1200/- rupees .....this is actually looting.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very poor and disturbed network from some months. Too many call drops and voice breaks every time in the call. Also a problem in connecting a call to another service provider. Very disappointed. Location- Nandalal Bose Road, Katwa 713130.
