    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a weired act by airtel brodband. I raised complaint for broadband service and time alloted was of tomorrow but enginnee changed the visit time by himself without informing. If this so then take your connection back and refund me the remaing amt.

    @airtelindia Service request - 77420859 Request raised on 31sr. engineer visited on Jan 2 and told he will come yesterday 3rd January to replace the xstream stb. Never turned back still. I am a black customer, is this how airtel works. this is so disappointing.
