@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are worst service provides and zero customer care. @TRAI seems to have to role at all in ensuring services. Anything goes as a service and customer only keep lodging repeat complaints with no resolution.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been trying to get my issue fixed for Airtel fiber however I have been told continuous lies by airtel and their customer care supervisor by giving me reason for issues that never existed. Till date no one's has even checked the issue.

@airtelindia I raised ticket for solving issue regarding messages are not going. How can you close ticket without resolving issue. You guys are not giving required support also to give feedback whether issue fixed or not you charge for that sms this is not fair.
