  @airtelindia This is unacceptable. I’m an Airtel One premium customer, yet my Wi-Fi has been down since 22 Aug 2026. Complaint #11038578615 was raised, but no technician has been assigned. It is now the night of 25 Aug—four days without service or accountability.

  @pbhushan1 @airtelindia Sir, you are a public figure, so your issue was resolved within 1–2 days. But for ordinary people (aam janta), @airtelindia is not responding at all.   I've been trying to cancel my WiFi for over a month. It’s suspended and unused, yet I keep getting billed despite multiple calls to customer care and even paying extra. I was told it was cancelled, but it still hasnt been. Disappointed. Please cancel it immediately. @airtelindia
