@NHAI_Official @airtelindia @airtelbank Fastag purchased from NHAI and linked to Airtel payments Bank was blacklisted at toll.plaza. had to pay double charge in cash. Reason for blacklist Airtel says NHAi deactivated tag but NHAi customer care says tag is active but low balance

We got no such warning from @airtelindia. Not only did we get no warning, we have got no updates despite multiple calls to customer care. Someone from their Twitter asked me to DM the details and said they would send me updates. 4 days ago. Still no updates.

@NHAI_Official @airtelindia @airtelbank can one source explain reason for such experience? Why does customer suffers at toll plaza causing inconvenience to other commuters in queue at toll and paying double although all required steps was taken from my side? Unfair

The absolutely opaque way in which @airtelindia works won't allow customer care executives to give us any real info on the progress on the work, nor will it allow them to give us numbers of people who actually know what's going on. If it were up to them we wouldn't know anything.

@airtelindia unfortunately there has been no assistance since 10 days if you see just for plan upgrade. It looks easy on app but takes too much time at the backend I suppose. Please help at the earliest.
