    @airtelbank @airtelindia @airtelnews have refunded from amazon to my airtel virtual card but i can't received yet in my card . i have try too reach customer care operator but calling on 400 theres no option for that poor service of airtel.

    Its being an 30 days to complain team ensure me to solution but all is just an fake assurance. Why should i paid 4g network cost if i even not get 2g speed and also problem in calling. Let me know should i change operator or something? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    If you say that airtel is the fastest 4G network in india then you can watch this Youtube video. this problem is from last 6 months but no solution is coming from you. If you do not, then we will change the company and make the number port.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia Need little help. Is there anyway or anyplan with which I could use at least 500GBs mobile data in a month? Tried reaching a customer care but they couldn't give a resolution. I dont want to use 2 sim cards. I see 300 GB limits for both prepaid and postpaid.

    @airtelindia Quick to send recharge alerts, but not quick enough to refund failed payments. ₹.1,461 debited for Airtel DTH A/C 3024382543 (Order ID: 7470779851588595712). Recharge failed, but no refund even after 24 hrs. Poor support, worst service. Refund d amount immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence It’s 7 hrs with no troubleshooting performed and no result shared. @airtelindia You need to change your claim or fix the network bandwidth issue for cell reception

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Promised an Airtel connection in Chennai within 2 days. It’s been 4+ days. Equipment is installed but not activated, internet isn’t working, and despite multiple calls, there’s no resolution or even a complaint reference number.
