    @airtelindia hey, I paid my postpaid charges 4 days back but its not updated in system.. Freecharge saying they successfully recharge my number but in Airtel its not showing.. Airtel CC is not replying... Help me out.

    @MasabaG @airtelindia You talking about two days.I'm handling fr lst 4 years.Tower is show but no internet conection cme.Just loading and smetimes no incoming call.@airtelindia is ********.Just want to sell simcard don't provide services.Ths **** hndling till now.     Its being an 30 days to complain team ensure me to solution but all is just an fake assurance. Why should i paid 4g network cost if i even not get 2g speed and also problem in calling. Let me know should i change operator or something? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    My 3 gb extra internet pack available even though i cant use internet and whenever i call customer service they never give help they ignore all the time why so rude all the time and after all u will make sorry on @Twitter @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I want to inform you that if my problem is not resolved quickly,There are 50 people with me who are customers of Airtel. then all the people with Airtel who are with me will leave Airtel and join other networks.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a horrible service? Inspite of repeated commitment, they could not shift the Broadband connection yet. Though this shifting does comes at cost of Rs 300/-. I donno how long I hv to wait. Oh..I forgot..I am a platinum customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday got your Airtel Xtreme fibre connection, In less than half an hour of installation the internet went down in the evening since yesterday raised the complained and contacted the installation engineer. Was told it was a mainline problem.
