    What the hell is this 4G services you are providing @airtelindia ? Leave the internet aside, I am unable to make some basic calls. After 3 PM on daily basis your network goes down.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence While taking connection executive told plan can be changed anytime. Now wanted to upgrade to Black. Called customer care but they are saying plan cant be changed until 6 months. What kind of false promising is this?

    @airtelindia your latest stream broadband service is pathetic and so is your support staff.... Absolutely rubbish.... Problems within 10days of installation and no one ready to listen leave alone resolving it
