What the hell is this 4G services you are providing @airtelindia ? Leave the internet aside, I am unable to make some basic calls. After 3 PM on daily basis your network goes down.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Are we supposed to call you every hour and escalate issues? I have raised a complaint on 13th May and no one seemed to have resolved it. Everytime I call, the executive says, " we will contact you within 4 hours". How many "4hrs" do we need?

@hardik130985 @airtelindia @JioCare Airtel does NOT care! LUCKY YOU! We've tried for months to get ANYONE from airtel in Surat to show up. They LIE and never show up! WORST most pathetic customer service ever. I'm from America and they'd be FIRED if they acted this way there. Indian customer service sucks!
