    @airtelindia Service of broadband is really very pathetic at my place, almost 45 days back I took airtel 100mbps plan and daily 1 hour service is getting interrupted.I am unable to work. Already paid for 6 month, kindly refund i will install some other broadband.

    @airtelindia My airtel number is not working last two days.i had issues with airtel sim is automatically closed and i have connect with airtel retailer he replace my sim card with 125 rupees than tell me your sim card is activated in 2 hours and doesn't happen anything tillTime

    What the hell is this 4G services you are providing @airtelindia ? Leave the internet aside, I am unable to make some basic calls. After 3 PM on daily basis your network goes down.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no service for 48 hours and zero updates from your team. Happy to cancel the service. Ideally, you should waive charges especially when service isn’t available for 1+ day, but you won’t do it. Planning to switch mobile network as well. 👋

    @airtelindia I switched from prepaid to postpaid on tuesday. and from that moment my simcard is not activated. my main number is switched off. tried all possible ways to communicate but no luck Service Id:21-6944080114025.

    @airtelindia This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m receiving daily calls, messages, and VAS messages even after recharging my Airtel number. Stop this harassment immediately and deactivate all unwanted VAS/promotional services on my number. I expect a proper resolution.

    @airtelindia My broadband has been non-functional and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Now Airtel has responded to my DoT complaint DOTEL/E/2026/0049932 claiming that I confirmed that “all network parameters are working fine.”
