@airtelindia My sim stops working in the middle of the day, I call your call center seeking to get issued a new simcard, a duplicate or what ever. De only way is to visit an Airtel office. My num is the contact for emergencies at hospital and there's no help right when we need it

@airtelindia need to replace one of my sim card, it's not working. Your customer service tells me to recharge it first, why? Why would I recharge a number that I can't use and then wait for replacement before I can use it? Can I get a sim replacement before I recharge?
