  @airtelindia Network goes completely down during power cuts at my location (Dakhin Parsa, Bihar 841220). Tower is within 200m but has no power backup for 2+ years. Please fix urgently or I will escalate to TRAI.

  @airtelindia I have taken IPTV connection on 18th February '26. After a couple of weeks the trouble started like suddenly it stopped telecast with the weird message. Number of times I have lodged complain and accordingly your tecnician try to resolve the issue but in vein.

  @airtelindia My wifi is not working, I had a complaint about it, the person who visited went away without assuring that the wifi connects. He visited in non-working hours which is not acceptable at my end. I had done complaint about it in the morning. I need a quick resolution.

  @airtelindia what is the resolution time for the complain raised? Why you charge higher in name of dedicated service of Airtel Black & xtreme, when all your promises are hollow? Your product service are not being used still, your not closing my account? Is it the way to extort?

  and all they say is they will transfer the call to the wifi department and then the call gets disconnected, the ai bot keeps replying the same thing again again on the app. what kind of service is this?? @airtelindia
