    @Airtel_Presence Issue finally resolved, but only after visiting 9 Airtel stores and the Apple Store multiple times. Some Airtel staff said no LAN, some said server issue, others blamed Apple. Apple said it was Airtel’s issue. Airtel finally accepted it was their issue and fixed @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.

    @Sanjay_Khattri1 @airtelindia This is same to same my issue which recharge you do . I do recharge of 1099 unlimited 4g + 5g. But from 5 days my data is not working

    @airtelindia I have requested AIRTEL IPTV service on 22.04.2026. paid the requisite charges. But till date 30.04.2026 nothing hasbeen done. I am using AIRTEL service since long but never experienced such poor service.

    From past two days, No broadband internet in my premise. Complaint already registered from Airtel thanks app. Also Tried many times to local airtel representative but yet connection has not been registered. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
