Do you know what's slower than a snail or a Tortoise? It's none other than @airtelindia. It takes 45 days for a refund when you disconnect the service. FU information age and online banking, @airtelindia still deals in cheques and FU COVID because @airtelindia is still in 2012.

@airtelindia Such a worst company. and inexperienced customer service executive and senior executive. Miss Geeta, Kajal Gautam, Ruksar (Senior Executive), all these airtel executive misled the customers Kindly take action on these otherwise lots of customers will leave airtel.

For this, I contacted @Airtel_Presence Twitter handle, they said SMS service is not available with Rs. 49 recharge and asked me to recharge with any unlimited plan.(refer to the screenshot) Then I recharged my number with Rs. 149 unlimited plan. @airtelindia
