  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst customer support! The AI on 121 can't even understand basic queries. Our Airtel number ending with 12006 has stopped working and the Airtel Store is forcing us to convert to postpaid to restore it. Unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately

  @airtelindia we have only 1 tower in our area and it has huge load in it due to which we are unable to use proper network of Airtel. Can you plz do something to this issue resolve. Even when we apply for new wifi connection, your installation agent says the same. #airtel

  @Airtel_Presence All you have 'updated' is "..the case has already been highlighted on priority.." . Kinda automated. Nothing else. Half a day passed and no one yet attempted to call or connect. This is 4th day since the wifi is not working. No one called even once. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
