    @airtelindia I am really hurt by airtel service, I call to customer care for closure of my fixed line No. But they told me that they shift my fixed line in Noida to Lucknow with out any charges. So I agree. Shifting request No. 136962278. But nothing happens at.

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. I have applied for new fiber connection on 7th sep. When that kyc boy had their payment, then he stopped answered the call since. I have been calling every single day to customer service but not resolving the issue. I am going to complaint about this.

    How do we add an email id to our airtel prepaid number?tried to do it by calling on 198 but you don’t have an option for that also couldn’t connect to an executive as you don’t give **** about your prepaid customers to provide us with that option . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal @Google We have been trying to install a new connection,#01354111719. It's been 14 days in waiting in total. After this, we are opting to cancel our new connection request. Do not invest in airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have a issue regarding SIM reissue I tried to resolve by the help of your nodel officer but it's feel like they are not care about the customer problems. It's 1month end they are not revert me back. I hope you will be provide some positive response

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Since 31 Aug these people Neha, Shikha, Abhishek, Shibani, Bhatia, Adnan, Abida asking me same info again and again to solve my Dth setup box upgradation issue but no resoluation. These people don't have any knowledge. Just wasting time. Can u pls help?
