@siliconfin From Quality Airtel means frequent outages , unreliable service, unresponsive customer care and in competent team which unable to solve issue despite of multiple outage. Recent example is their third broadband outage in Sector 75 Noida in 3 days. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia your customer service sucks. I have requested for my router replacement 10081459212. received the message with engineer telephone number Amit Rothore. but he is not receiving my calls. Whn answered 2times but said engineer will call or visit in 30 mins. No response..
