Srinivas (@RSrinivas2872) reported@airtelindia hi, we pay for 100 mbps speed, but get 4 mbps. And there is no resolution. Your remote customer care resolutions are useless. A perfect case of a greedy and low class company you've become. Congratulations.

Anuradha Seth (@anuradhaseth) reportedFeels like you don't care about existing customers anymore. No response whatsoever, only a complaint number that can't be tracked, customer care number where live agent can't be reached. I think it is time to port to different service provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Gaurav Wankhede (@gauravwankhede) reportedHere is a pro tip.😎 @airtelindia can't guarantee constant #5G speeds ( you will experience call drops on WhatsApp calls and terrible speeds). Switch to #4G as your preferred connection and enjoy better/stable connection, speed and virtually 0 call drops..... @Airtel_Presence had to introduce this gimmick called "5G priorty" (just goes to show how bad their network is and they had to throttle speeds of genuine prepaid 5G customer speeds.😬 Expect better 5G speeds when the world moves into 6G.😜 Yes, thats how Indian Telcos work.
