    @airtelindia pathetic service. Airtel wifi not working from past 10-15 days. Mobile Connection also drops every now and then. Customer care disconnects calls and never call backs. Your Airtel thanks app is thankless.. doesn’t provide any solution but just repeating same thing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just I got to know that my Service Request has been closed without converting my number from Postpaid to Prepaid. Service Request No. 31-1000013615193. Now I will filled the case against Airtel in Court now.
