@airtelindia how long do you take to process refunds? Why no updates, no option about refunds on IVRS and no person on Helpdesk either!!! Is this your way of keeping customer money??? Sales agent also unresponsive. @consumerforum_ can you take notice? This is cheating.

Jiofiber team are scammers dont install it as they take all your data like calls and message via myjio app and change the registered mobile no. Without your otp i have been scammed and complaint a police case against jiofiber ill upload the copy of that @reliancejio @airtelindia

ADSL link was down for (3 weeks) during Dec. Gave service request on dec12. Technician came to fix it aftr 2 weeks. Within few hrs link was down again. Issued a service request on Jan2. Not fixed yet. Want airtel to deduct amount frm this months bill @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
