    It's very pathetic AIRTEL! What's happening in @airtelindia Chennai Velachery area? The internet was completely went off yesterday 14th June evening. Inspite of making complaints, no one is bothered to resolve the issue and to restore internet connectivity. @MIB_India @GoI_MeitY

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint.     @airtelindia my wifi internet is not working from past 4 days and reason was mentioned as outage and after 4 days again team is asking for 48 hrs resolution time as my complaint is different from outage...totally rubbish. I need my internet operational today #airtelworstService

    @airtelindia is your company in broadband business or customer fooling business, my wifi network speed was very low for the past few days, I logged a complaint for that after that the wifi stopped working at all,complaint no. 11032550326, no response from customer support
