    @airtelindia u guys have horrible service 4G or not the moment i enter my house the network vanishes.. absolutely horrible. Everytime we call up customer care it goes on hold n disconnects. U guys have shit service n unhelpful staff

    @airtelindia Have selected some Channels, but the DTH Set-top box has a mind of its own - selected channels not working, some FTA channels not working . Customer Care numbers not going through. Total chaos !!

    Selected channels on airtel dth and confirmed b4 31st Jan'19. Still it is showing all channels. When I went back to URL it says to select the package again. CC never picking up calls, after 7min of wait call gets disc. I've the screenshot of ref # @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service I could expect from Airtel DTH service, I have already selected the channels and submitted it twice by scanning the barcode on 2 Feb, but the plan has not been implemented till now. Customer care service doesn't have any knowledge.

    Dear @TRAI did you actually ask the telecom operators to change their monthly tariff to 30 days instead of 28 days? If yes then I don't think the companies care a damn about that as @airtelindia still has its monthly plan at 28 days. I just recharged with 479 which is for 56 days

    It is the matter of grave concern.....In the month of December we have opted for airtel black broadband 799 plan...the service boy give us a complementry postpaid sim with 399 pack which we requested to discontinue...now our bill stands at rs 1450... @airtelindia @airtelnews
