    Demoralised at work from home (WFH) where I need you @airtelindia to support by network and data service. But last 120 days, your service getting worse even than Vodaphone. Poor network coverage, data issue, call drops, cross connections.

How am I going to get my problem addressed. You are making it extremely annoying for the customer to resolve their problems. Resolve my issue.

    Limited network coverage in some part of my house is understandable.. Wifi calling would have helped but no ETA from @VodafoneIN even after 3 months 15 years with Orange/Hutch/Vodafone and now forced to Port to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Network isn't available, unable 2 receive or make calls. Unable 2 connect wt customer care service over any platform. IVR service asks me 2 log complaint over Airtel thanks app which says 'connected on Wi-Fi nw, connect 2 mobile data' wich is what I hv been tryin :(

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using airtrel xtreme for years, but now even though i have access , on FireTVStick app is asking to purchase the 499 subscription, while i already have it . Its been working always but from last few days it ask to repurchase . Issue is on tv app only
