    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Waiting at your fort mumbai branch from the past 20 min yet to be served. No one at the front to guide customer's. When asked for the manager was told he/she is busy on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed

    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    Dear @airtelindia, enough is enough. Multiple complaints, multiple emails, multiple visits to the service centre… still no resolution. Internet barely works, but your team is very active when it comes to sending bills and false promises. Now you are asking me to pay ₹900 for a connection that I could hardly use. Why should I pay for non-working service? Please close this connection immediately before your Airtel box and fiber become just another useless showpiece in my house.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 28 May 26 at about 1810hrs raised Service complaint regarding bill waiver through 121 even after telling customer support to raise billing related complaint for billing issue agent didn’t even raised complaint. What is the purpose of support 👎🏻
