@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service I could expect from Airtel DTH service, I have already selected the channels and submitted it twice by scanning the barcode on 2 Feb, but the plan has not been implemented till now. Customer care service doesn't have any knowledge.

Selected channels on airtel dth and confirmed b4 31st Jan'19. Still it is showing all channels. When I went back to URL it says to select the package again. CC never picking up calls, after 7min of wait call gets disc. I've the screenshot of ref # @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Have selected some Channels, but the DTH Set-top box has a mind of its own - selected channels not working, some FTA channels not working . Customer Care numbers not going through. Total chaos !!

I've been noticing for the past two to three months that the @reliancejio Network isn't working at all. The entire village is frustrated because they can't get any work done. In this situation, I want to thank @airtelindia for providing such a good network. When you talk to Jio's customer care, they say that the issue will be resolved in 2-3 working days, but that's not happening.All the villagers are frustrated and are porting their numbers to Airtel. Hello @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare, I have been using Airtel for 4–5 years. Initially the network was good, but for the last 2 years it has become very poor. My house is just ~200 meters from the tower, yet whenever there is a power cut the network stops completely.
