    @airtelindia Have Rs 51 balance in airtel no. Outgoing services closed. Then recharge with Rs 100 , still outgoing service not started. Tried 121 , 198 helpline but not any option to connect with customer person. Worst experience . Look into this

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I am int. roaming and have activated it as well as paid 799 for int roaming plan. But i could not connect to any network. Could you please check the issue asap. I tried elisalat and du but fails to connect.

    @airtelindia As I requested new airtel degital connection when I order new connection they said no installation charges but now they are asking 300 rs installation charges such a worst impression at first impression totally disappointed with the service

    This is very disappointing from @airtelindia to approach customer this way.. I got msg for my new connection with assigned representative Sunil Salve I made him lot of calls since morning but he avoided me saying 15 mins later and now no response from him @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys do you think customer is fool when he is enabling safe custody? I got many call from airtel to deactivate the safe custody. Please grow up and give customer a little space. I know when to remove the safe custody. You guys are really pathetic.

    @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence is the worst service provider, I came across in my life. No one in Airtel listens to customer complaints. Owning an Airtel connection is like being mentally harassed.
