  @airtelindia Has one of the worst customer service even after taking a business boardband. The account manager stops responding. Regional manager doesn’t revert to emails. Territory manager directly communicates to switch to another internet provider. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia I subscribed to a new prepaid sim yesterday from your brand new outlet at Downtown Mall, Kolkata, WB. I was promised the sim will be activated in couple of minutes, then to 6 hrs then to 24 hours but dint happen. The center is not picking up call now as well. HELP!

  Hey @airtelindia I can't use internet from 2 days. Why you can't detect the problem without complaint. When recharge is about to end you start notifying from 2 to 3 days ago and after doing recharge just disgusting.
