Why should I travel and swap the simcard for the issue because of you @airtelindia ? I want my simcard to be get swapped at doorstep or the Pincode 577126. I wouldn't mind in going for any legal concern taking this as a serious issue.

@airtelindia This is the 5th outage in last 3 months ,, that we are suffering 18th Nov 26th Nov 2nd Dec 11th Jan 4th Feb And everytime it has taken more 2-3 days for the services to be up again. Are you going to 1. compensate 2. Fix issues permanently.

@airtelindia Dear Airtel, almost more than one month now since your poorest quality network, especially internet. No use of complaints,even a network with E not 4G is hard to get by sometimes. 24x7 wifi on is d only life saver.
