@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence so the new method to defraud a customer is to give him unwanted unneeded pack. Charge him and the feign ignorance when the customer complaints. The complaints started when the pack was added to the day billing was done. ****** service and bad PR.

Tired of this now. If you cant fix it,shut down your internet forever, because you guys start calling for recharge 10 days before the actual date. Its like we need to take permission from @airtelindia for when can we study or attend a work meeting. Are you gonna repay me back?
