    Update: @Airtel_Presence / @airtelindia has their broadband extension in every street. But to get more money from customer, their agents asked customers to take connection from other street's extension to get extra money for wire. Yes I am a common man & this will not effect them

    @Airtel_Presence As I’m asking for the sim replacement to my doorstep because of the huge signal drop issue. Today I went to @airtelindia store they are charging money for sim replacement . This was very unethical. Inspite of this wait from 10days

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No response from customer care. Promise made by your executive on 18 July did not fulfill yet. Nobody responding to mail sent yesterday. Your team landed me in trouble that there will be 2 days blank at my work. Pathetic customer service.
