  Dear @airtelindia My mom have a Airtel number which is a 4G SIM. Today I inserted it on my POCO X2 so 4G Signal 📶 is coming in outdoor but the Volte is not showing even I already turn it on in my Phone & Data roaming is also on & other Airtel & JIO SIM has Volte Signal

  @TRAI @airtelindia Poor customer support has become a serious issue. Whenever our Wi-Fi or fiber service goes down, there is no way to reach a customer care representative at #Airtel. As customers, being able to speak to a support executive should be a basic right. #airtelhotspot

  @airtelindia This is absolutely unacceptable! My Airtel number +91 67979 006 (ending 9006) has an active International Roaming pack, yet no internet in Madagascar. I’ve tried reaching customer support, but no one is responding ownership of the complaint.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had my connection transferred a few days ago, and my plan was automatically changed during the process. Customer support explained that plans often change during a relocation, first i want to know why you change my plan with my permission 1/2

  The most problematic is that @airtelindia market and position themselves ultra-pro customer satisfaction oriented service provider but have the worst customer support. Their IVRs are architected in such way that customer grievances seldom get’s addressed and for that matter resolved. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia Twice I had requested for shifting my broadband connection to a different place within my home via ur app n on both the occasions my request was closed without shifting the connection. Very bad experience Will you all get the connection shifted immediately or not
