  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   @Akashpawaar @airtelindia @airtelindia provide better service. You're fibre services is trash it was down 2-3 times last month and now it's down since yesterday. You don't even extend the validity of the plan when outage happens from your side.
