Dear @airtelindia My mom have a Airtel number which is a 4G SIM. Today I inserted it on my POCO X2 so 4G Signal 📶 is coming in outdoor but the Volte is not showing even I already turn it on in my Phone & Data roaming is also on & other Airtel & JIO SIM has Volte Signal

Such a poor broadband connection from @airtelindia ,not able to open even google search engine page. While installation, claimed speed will be 25mbps. No body even cares when asking for solution at customer care. They only reply we will check.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very poor misguided sales and after sales services 4 xtreme broadband. Took pkg 4 6months mesh connection but only 1 pod(instead of promised 3) given and that too not worked. Sales person not picking call. Installation does not how to setup either

@airtelindia recharged my Fastag with artel recharge at 11 . 10 am and at 4 pm it is still not reflecting on the fastag app . The server is down was the reason I was given. Raised a complaint through the NHI app 5848084 still no response. For a company that cares IT IS REALLY sad
