nishant (@gyaan_random) reported@airtelindia, on your app, there is no way to check the data usage for your wifi. On the app, it literally says unlimited, but in reality there is a 1000GB cap for AirFiber. And they will cap your speed at 2 Mbps when you cross this data usage. Apparently you can call the customer care and add a data top up which is 500GB for INR 300. I did that. But after using it for ~10/12 hours, my speed is again below ~2 Mbps. And I'm pretty sure that I have not even consumed 50GB. Airtel, why can't you be more transparent about this: 1. Just say that the cap is 1000GB; why say "unlimited" when it's not 2. Just show the consumption and the current data usage on the app 3. Give an option to transfer data from postpaid to broadband. I litterally have hundred of GBs rolling over in postpaid, but I still have to pay for wifi data. I'm sure these are not major asks. Be a better customer centric company.

Ayush (@bbetterengineer) reportedHi twitter experts, are there any ways of going to consumer court online and complain about @airtelindia for mental harrassment?? I have filed a simple request for closing my connection permanently and when talking to their customer care executives I have to explain all the things again and again. I have done this atleast 30 times. I am fed up of this. Please help... Never ever gonna back to airtel, **** company.

SANJAY PINTO (@Sanjay_Pinto) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is a pattern now. The day you send the bill which is due after a week to 10 days, my fibernet connection goes down. An indirect coercion to remit bills much before the due date? Now, be smart & get details from DM history. Via @ViCustomerCare
