@Paytmcare @Paytm atleast give a proper service or Refund me my Fastag money so that I can use some good service provider like @airtelindia or Other banks rather than @paytmbankcare A person ordering on 21st Jan gets delivered properly by 23rd Jan and me ordering on 30th Dec.

@airtelindia why cant your customer care units work with soft copies of photo id proofs ? I mean I am literally standing in front of your agent and showing my govt id from a government authorised app and still your agent says I need to carry the hard copy. Like seriously

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence really poor service. Frequent internet disconnects, call drops and resolution takes months. Put same level of interest on issue resolution the way you follow up for bill payments.

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, we are experiencing very poor 4g coverage at pin 631603 TN. I have complained about the same 2 months ago and ported one of my sim as well. Still the network coverage is not improved. Wfh is terrible with airtel 4g. All the data gets wasted 1/2

@nitin_gadkari respected sir I agree for making toll a cashless one. I also loaded my car with fastag thru @airtelindia . I have rs 1000 changed in my airtelfastag account. But my rfid is not getting recognised in any toll. Which is not my fault. Pls help its really painful
