@JioCare, It's been more than a year, and my area still doesn't have reliable Jio 5G coverage. I genuinely want to switch from @airtelindia because of repeated network issues, but I can't do so until Jio provides stable indoor 5G here.

@airtelindia 1/4 This crucial information was never disclosed before the conversion. I requested to speak with the Branch Manager, who informed me that porting back to prepaid could be done. However, I had a flight back the same day and did not have sufficient time to complete the process.

Hi @airtelindia network issues in delhi Uttam Nagar Area. Where is 5g network. You are charging 349rs for 28 days but your services are very poor. @TRAI please look into this.
