    @Paytmcare @Paytm atleast give a proper service or Refund me my Fastag money so that I can use some good service provider like @airtelindia or Other banks rather than @paytmbankcare A person ordering on 21st Jan gets delivered properly by 23rd Jan and me ordering on 30th Dec.

    Hi , In my colony network issue with airtel pin 425110 from last 4 months . Adress -Shuvaji nagar Indoor no coverage . Outdoor 3-4 network but internet not working.i think me and my colony pepoles who used aitrel prepaid need to port out from airtel Poor service. @airtelindia

    Never seen such bad service as @airtelindia They convert 8 postpad connection in airtel one account while i have family plan of 4 connection and shows 8 connection in airtel app, while all this create for airtel wifi connection and i am waiting for installation since saturday

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why my network is getting worse at my place by the day? I have been trying to be patient all this time but now its getting even worse. I have a postpaid connection and still of now use. Neither data nor normal network is working.

    @airtelindia, what a complete mess. Your sales team will say anything to get a customer to pay. I booked Airtel Fiber only after your sales representative, Nanda, confirmed multiple times over WhatsApp and on a call that wired Fiber was available at my location. I have screenshots of those commitments. Today, I took time off work and waited for the installation. I asked for a 9 AM visit. Your engineers turned up around 12:30 PM, only to tell me that wired Fiber doesn’t exist at my location, only AirFiber does. They didn’t even bring a router. So what exactly was the purpose of this visit besides wasting my time? To make it worse, the engineer’s response was essentially, “We’re not Airtel employees, we don’t know.” Customer care says one thing, the sales team promises another, and the field team knows nothing. No accountability. No coordination. Just customers being passed around. I chose Airtel because I’m already an Airtel Black customer and expected better. Instead, I got false commitments, wasted hours, and absolutely no resolution. Stop sending scripted apologies. Escalate this to someone who can actually fix it. I want to know who is accountable for taking my payment based on incorrect information and what Airtel is going to do about it. @airtelindia #Airtel #AirtelBlack

    My caller ID is showing my father's name instead of my own first name and surname whenever I make a call. I've already contacted customer care Please look into this and correct the caller ID information as soon as possible. @Airtel_Presence @AirtelHelp @airtelindia

Also, can you clarify whether @TRAI permits you to repeatedly call prepaid users from multiple 10-digit third-party agent numbers to remind them to recharge, even when they intentionally do not want to recharge and only wish to keep their number active with a ₹20 main balance? If a user is registered under DND, why are complaints about such calls being closed as "service in nature"? *** Could you please explain this publicly here on X, as the clarification would be useful for everyone? ***
