Mohit Tyagi (@rohittyagi882) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been charged an unnecessary additional amount on my Airtel Black Wi-Fi + TV connection. I contacted customer care, and the representative told me that Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam channels were added at my request. However, this is incorrect. We have not even watched TV for the last one month, and we never requested these channels. Whenever any channel is added, I should receive a confirmation message, but I did not receive any SMS or notification regarding the addition of these channels. It appears that channels have been added without my consent, resulting in an inflated bill. My Airtel IPTV plan is ₹1,199 per month, and I have never subscribed to any additional channels. Despite this, I received a bill of ₹1,637.80. Please investigate this issue, remove the unauthorized channel charges, and revise my bill accordingly.
