Dear Airtel, On several occasions it was noticed that a lot of network issues like no service at my village which is bharudiya Gujarat 370140. Making me helpless to even call the hospital or police in times of emergency request you to please look into the sme @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have already paid money for the installation of xstream fiber , but it's been over a week and it's not installed . Called the customer care and they assured things will get done but it's over 3 days now and nothing has happened ! Pathetic service

@rajupanti @airtelindia WiFi experience and broadband speeds are two different issues. People experience poor service mostly due to poor WiFi performance as they move further away from the device. Overall @Airtel_Presence broadband service has been very good in my area.

@airtelindia pathetic service, it is been and 12 days and 1 DTH issue could not resolved. The technicians are so unprofessional and rude not expected from Airtel. For Airtel black 18 years old customer service are so bad, what will happen to others. no response on email as well.

@airtelindia I have dial 198 but didn't get option to speak with customer care. For the last 30 min I am unable to connect with customer care bcz not getting option on IVR to speak with customer care. Disgusting service. Pathetic service. Worst service. Zero rating service.
