    Dear Airtel, On several occasions it was noticed that a lot of network issues like no service at my village which is bharudiya Gujarat 370140. Making me helpless to even call the hospital or police in times of emergency request you to please look into the sme @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wi-Fi down again. It was down earlier this month for 3 days now agn. All this bull **** priority , black nonsense should be stopped and focus on providing basic service first. Fix this freaking issue before I start a Jantar Mantar in front of ur ofc.

    @airtelindia my issue of new DTh is not yet resolved and nor self i able yo connect with any customer care, i have dripped message in also , but reply is only problem escalated , this is pathetic state of your service

    @airtelindia it is the 3rd day without wifi working in my society. Pathetic. Your app just recognises and apologised for the known technical issue in my area. 3 Days !!!

    @JioCare I have been facing internet issue since many months . Even after that I am paying post paid bill every month. jio care number never connect, Jio App doesn't respond. Now I want to port my number to @airtelindia. I need to wait for 48 hours to port. why?

    @airtelindia Requested cancellation of my Airtel Xstream Fiber on 3 June due to constant network issues. No technician came, cancellation wasn't processed, yet bills keep increasing. Today I was told there's no cancellation request on record. Really disappointing,

    @airtelindia How long will I have to wait for my network to be fixed? Please stop giving me one deadline after another. If the issue cannot be resolved, let me know clearly. You have been given 48 hours to fix it. If my network is still not fixed, I will port my SIM to Jio.

    @airtelindia what kinda service are you offering to your customers ?? Every time theres wifi issue and along with that mobile network also stops working @Airtel_Presence network so bad that cant even speak to customer care

    @airtelindia "Your network complaint with reference no 31-1000015209752 has been registered on 25/07/2026 22:42:38. You will receive an update for this complaint by 09/08/2026 20:00:00." The above sms received after my complaint. Too much delay in resolving the issue.

    @airtelindia Today ,my Airtel Black connection has been completely out of service since evening. There is no internet connectivity and no DTH service. No action by any Airtel since last seven days. Pathetic approach. Despite 2 email , 5 cc calls , 7 days .no actn. Wat a grt wrk culture.
