    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia after 4hrs Airtel sends SMS, order failed & money debited will b refunded in 7-10 days,which has NOT been refunded.Complained n number times through the app as well as called customer care but every time days keep on increasing but no solution 2/n

    My basic network complaint is that I get only 1 bar of service in my area and the call drops and other related services are difficult to use with such connection but no resolution has been provided till date. The bill however comes every month without fail. :) @airtelindia
