    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago When internet service through air fiber is not working and no one attends the issue after multiple escalations. Why cant the billing amount reduced for the days when service not provided. Else how the affected customer compensated.

    @airtelindia How do I speak to a human? Your AI voice support/chat cannot seem to help resolve my issue. I just want to change a phone number which is postpaid/Airtel one to prepaid. I have been trying to get this done for 3-4 days; nothing helps.

    @airtelindia Airtel network has not been working in At Shidod, Tq. Beed, Dist. Beed, Maharashtra for the last 2–3 days. It seems there is an issue with the nearby tower/network. Please check and resolve the issue urgently.

    @airtelindia My Airtel AirFiber has been non-functional despite multiple complaints to your local team. I also raised a service request (SR No.13919317568), promised resolution by 4:27 PM today. It was marked “resolved” without any call, visit, or actual resolution.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one thing for sure, don’t ever go for Airtel black as you will get interruption after every 15-20 minutes and for a day also. Customer service is useless. This is by far one of the worst internet experiences I’ve had. Refer my old tweets
