Krishna Swami (@Krishnaswami_24) reportedAirtel provides the worst FASTag service. My FASTag is showing inactive, I can’t even apply for a new one, and despite contacting support & raising complaints there’s absolutely no response. Completely frustrated with this service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #fastag

Heisenberg (@Gauravkuma58180) reportedDear team @airtelindia internet is not working in my area today please try to fix it
-
rashika mittal (@rashika28tsk) reportedThe customer care will say that you applied for safe custody so now you will have to wait for 4 hours which is their “rule”. But where is this “rule” mentioned on the app? Screenshots are attached. It will take them 10 days to collect the broadband @airtelindia

Vivek Anantharaman (@vivanan) reported@airtelindia I have a postpaid family plan for two, both devices support 5G SA service, but I get SA only in one device, while the second one is still NSA. The second one which shows NSA, shows SA with Jio sim. So the problem is not with the phone. How is this a priority service?

deepak (@Murugesh771) reported@airtelindia worst yaaa...networks issue🤬🤬🤬
-
Chetan Gulhane (@Chetan67994137) reported@airtelindia Internet down, static IP issue unresolved, engineer not responding, and zero updates from your team. If I don’t get a call by 11 AM today, I’m disconnecting Airtel Black and moving to another provider. Enough of this negligence.

VIVEK (@Mr_Vivekji) reported@Starboy2079 @airtelindia This is completely wrong. Prepaid users aren’t using your services for free. In fact, they pay before using your services. Giving priority to postpaid customers and ignoring prepaid customers in network availability is completely unethical. It’s a blatant case of extortion. You are forcing customers to opt for postpaid services if they want better services!
-
Mahesh Mittal (@maheshmittal90) reported@airtelindia has created a nice closed system where there is no way to contact to a customer care rep. The app chat & customer care number throw out a 'outage in your area' message & automatically shut any further communication. There is no local contact to resolve issues
