    @airtelindia what is the matter with you? I have full network, am in network zone. Nothing wrong with my phone but no connectivity. Wifi is working but your internet service is not. Tried reaching customer care but your layered Automated Responses are of no help. @airtelindia

    No mobile network of @airtelindia in Goregaon. No outgoing or incoming calls working . Sometime it is working if wifi calls enabled. But Airtel customer care number not connecting even with wifi. Call failed errors #airtelDown @Airtel_Presence

    @sanket @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As usual, your WiFi is not working for the past 2 days. Account No: 20044878262. Please do not call on the registered number, it is currently out of the country. Kindly fix the issue at the earliest. We don’t pay for nil services.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customer service has become horrible, the bot is absolutely useless and then you have no option to connect any other ways if bot doesn’t understand the issues. Query raised get resolved status without any communication or any actual resolution
