    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,I raised my network issue complaint on Nov 2020 and it is still in open status with no resolution. Is that how u to treat ur customers? & ur customer service Manger hang up the call by shout out "Customer satisfied" 3 times.

    @airtelindia @TRAI Avg speed doesn't show the actual performance (if there are 2 customer in a village 1 gets 40 mbps and other 10 mbps then the avg is 25 mbps ) you can see the performance difference which is different to sach customer If each one is paying for better services why few get it !

    @airtelindia I waited for my billing issue to be resolved for a week and now so am forced to pay 1000 extra this bill, we know we have limited telecom options doesn’t-mean we have none

    @airtelindia Do u really follow ur mrktng jargon or jst fool customers? Since 1st Jan facing issues with ntwk Complaint register on app 4th, to customer executive on 5th Til date same repeated lines we are working on issue and ultimately u hd to say sir pls port ur number

    @airtelindia Didn't know shifting a broadband connection is so painful. Even after multiple requests (126360960,126378520) through app, customer care, emails since 29th Dec there's no breakthrough. Please treat this as the last opportunity before I shift my relationship tomorrow
