@airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

@airtelindia @Sassy_k81 ZERO TRUST IN AIRTEL. more than a month, 3 issues not resolved. thanks for showing you don't care about customers. hence i chose a different broadband service after realising that airtel has no customer service even for mobile customers. told others too.

@airtelindia support team but they refused to do so. I asked them to connect to your supervisor but still I am waiting for some one to call me back. Back Morning when I called them at 8 Am, they responded me saying my supervisor will call me back in 2-3 hours.
