    @Shalini70856041 @airtelindia Ya but we don't have more options 😞. I also having faced similar issue when I buy airtel airfiber. Very bad service even I called customer care almost 20-30 time but not any technician visit. Then I close my connection.

    From last 2.30 hour I'm not able to ise internet, Even I tried to connect customer support @Airtel_Presence , everybody else in my town are able to use 5g network, but on my connection, my all daily data used in 5g network, fraud commitments by @airtelindia about unlimited 5g.

    @airtelindia Fast lane technology for high speed internet even in congested environment. But it's not working as claimed both indoor and outdoor. It is really a bad service. I am not even able to talk to support to get the support. Only chatbot is there which is not able to understand...

    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal , My Xtream fibre internet has been down for the last 3 days. Despite repeated complaints, I’m only getting false restoration timelines and no resolution. This is unacceptable. I want to discontinue the connection. Please respond urgently.
