You have lost your 20years old valuable customer and now after almost a month back trying hard to bring that customer back. You woke up from deep sleep but still ask for 24 hours to fix the Wi-Fi. Would you pay me back 6 months services charges which I have paid to Jio Fiber already ???

@airtelindia currently at Tirupur in Dharapurram Rd. About half an hour back connection was frequent cut. Technical fault is normal. I want to know whether there was disturbance in network, to ascertain if my mobile need to be attended for any slight faults.
