    @airtelindia WiFi disconnected in April. Device collected. Refund still not received. Still getting pickup reminder messages. No help from customer care, no response to emails. Extremely poor customer service. @Airtel_Presence @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today I visited the your customer center shop. Reached at 7.20 PM, shop close time is 7.30. Still your team say NO. I was having critical issues of NO SIM & resolution was needed for urgency. Really worst service.

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & raise correct IPTV request IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
