  Pathetic service from airtel xstrem fibre. SR 10078315945 has been raised for the last 3 days. No response no update. Every time I call Customer Care they will get resolved in 2 hrs. Extreme level of Stupidity. Better to surrender connection and shift JioFibre. @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia kindly tell me what will be the upload speed if my plan is for 24 mbps . Because I am getting 2 mbps upload speed . And your service engineer told me that upload speed will be in 1:8 ratio.
