    horrible experience with airtel..from last 4 days there is no internet ...did complaint...team person came in and mark it resolved without doing solution...since then have done so many calls to customer care and team...but there is no solution @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Since yesterday evening, the internet at my home has not been working, and I have not received any assistance from Airtel. Whenever I try the customer chat option, I am simply told, “We are working on this.”

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia TERRIBLE & WORST SERVICE. Internet not working from 10 Aug at my retail store in chennai. Complaint raised. Till now NO ACTION taken by Airtel to restore.Not able to use my online billing & stock software which is disrupting entire operation.

    @JioCare, You’re service/data is more shittier than @airtelindia When there’s no electricity, even sending a WA msgs feels like miracle Your Customer Advisor knowns nothing except fake promises of resolving in 24-48 hrs. Pretty sure, Next they’ll promise a @Starlink connection

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been a loyal postpaid customer for years. 4 days ago, 7 numbers on my family plan (15-20 yrs old!) were suddenly deactivated WITHOUT warning or consent. These are linked to our Aadhaar & bank accounts. My family is completely stranded.

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Some datapoints: Airtel has 46 cr prepaid users out of total 49 Cr mobile users. Jio has 51 Cr prepaid users out of total 53 Cr users. 5G is in pilot phase with "Unlimited free 5G" to all,from both carriers. When Private or Govt gives anything for free,quality will be poor !!

    @airtelindia URGENT! My IPTV Set-Top Box is not activated since installation on 11/08/2026. Complained 7-8 times to customer care & dealer, but NO resolution. Only Wi-Fi is working Account ID 20055917462 #AIRTELBADSERVICE

    Best network of @airtelindia ? Lol. What a comedy. Been a two months since I'm not able to receive and make calls, use internet at my home address with @airtelindia network. Filed a complaint, but they closed without resolving an issue at all. Request ID - 100001558700

    @airtelindia How can a number used continuously since 2010 suddenly be blocked due to a KYC issue? It was even re-KYC’d successfully in 2017. Now we're being asked to either abandon the number or pay ₹884/month for postpaid. This is unacceptable. Please restore number. #Airtel
