    @airtelindia Pls improve the 5G network in my area. For the past 10 days, my 5G connection has been unexpectedly switching back to 4G, causing very slow internet speeds and an unreliable experience. Kindly check the network coverage and resolve this issue soon. #Airtel

    I use @airtelCOMPLAIN since last 10 year but sadly I want switch in other network due bed experience with last months with airtel network I pay premium charges but I get third class service in @airtelindia any one have better suggestion where I switch!

    @airtelnews @airtelindia As per my experience, I never received such problem but today's experience especially with the after-sales team was pretty bad and I still didn't got any solution from the team of engineers or any respective representative from @airtelnews . This was one of my worst experience.

    Its a good thing I moved away from @airtelindia. I needed a receipt for my last payment, & an Email/SMS regarding confirmation of Device Pickup, but I am yet to receive both. Escalated the matter to the Appellate Officer, but that too was of no help. @TRAI can you help??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Billing overlapping for postpaid connection for the month of Aug-2026. Payment claimed twice. No response from customer care. Kindly correct immediately. Note Delay due to bill correction payable by Airtel.

    @airtelindia Very bad service in sector 5 gurgaon. Few days back your service was down for hrs. Now again my wifi is down since past 2 days. On 25 aug I had booked slot for today's 11:30 hr. But no Engineers came. Today also Engineers say's "कोई बात नहीं "। No time frame

    @airtelindia And then your customer care has the audacity to tell me not to use Airtel data for hotspot/commercial use and instead buy Airtel WiFi. Why the hell would I buy WiFi when I’m already paying for a postpaid connection every month that is advertised as “Unlimited”?
