Hadd hai!! I have been a customer of Airtel postpaid since 8-9 yrs, paying bills timely. By chance, I missed to pay bill of 2 mnths, so they disconnected me from network. I mean really!! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I think airtel should change their saying "hum samajhte hai"

@airtelindia what is this? Your engg saying it cant be solved Till Tomorrow? As per the SLA..where your IVR saying it can be solved by 12:30PM..and your message from app saying can be fixed between 8AM - 9AM. How worst You became!

@airtelindia we are waiting for your operations seniors to speak, every time we call for issue they said we will get back to you but no one called. Since 25 mins we are on call cs person is asking to be on call but as per her senior is not picking call.
