    @Airtel_Presence Really bad experience with @airtelindia when i reached out to customer care they suggested to get my sim upgraded to get priority postpaid even i got my Airtel sim just 20 days ago still went to Airtel store and they said no need to get the sim upgraded and reach out to support

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is this email? Whose bill is this, and why am I receiving someone else’s postpaid bill? This is a serious privacy concern. Is this a data breach or has my email address been incorrectly linked to another customer’s account? The bill belongs to Harshavardhan, while my name is Sharath. I see no connection between us, so how has my email been updated on his account? This isn’t the first time. I’ve received similar emails before and ignored them, but it’s now happening repeatedly. Please investigate this immediately, remove my email ID from the other customer’s account, and explain how this happened. Customer privacy should never be taken so lightly. @TRAI kindly look into this.

    My @airtelindia number 9024439933 (Jaipur) deactivated due to non-recharge. It's under my name Tasleem Ahmad & still unallotted. Local store is refusing to reissue. Pls help to reactivate it as it's linked to my bank. @Airtel_Presence @TRAI #Airtel #Rajasthan
