@airtelindia Morever your customer care claims that my issue will be resolved in next 4 hours each time i called them. Its been more than 3 days but no one even called me from technical team. I had to perform server level activities on Saturday 18th Feb, but had to postpone.

@airtelindia I think airtel should stop claiming that they do internet setup transfer within 3 days. I called numerous times to Airtel customer care to enquire about internet transfer request raised on 16th Feb. Today is 19th Feb and nobody cared to even call me. Pathetic process

@airtelindia @airtelnews With these minds of capabilities (not solving my problem of not being able to call land numbers on STD 0479) &customer experience, you won't survive long.Not that the provider who will swallow you is anything great. Kudos to Vinod Rai for this situation.
