  Hii @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I was using airtel sim nd in Aug 2020, I joined merchant vessel as I m working in Merchant Navy. I was not using airtel services while onboard. Now after 9 months, I got down nd came to land and I found my sim is not working. (1/2)

  @airtelindia You are having the WORST network I must say. It's been almost 1 year since I'm facing major network issues and from past 2 days it's not working at all not even at the speed of 2G. @reliancejio Is working perfectly fine.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I called customer care, the guy replied that I hv to pay outstanding amount(though I wasnt using sim) nd hv to visit airtel store to continue connection (which is almost impossible due to lockdown). I request you to kindly look into this matter(2/2).
