  @MyIndusIndBank @rajivanand I was unable to contact 1860 267 7777 from my prepaid account with @airtelindia. I migrated to a postpaid account and attempted to reach customer support but was directed to voicemail. There has been no further progress.

  Airtel customer service IVR service is the worst ever experience surpassed only by their ridiculous and pathetic customer care which should be renamed ‘customer abuse’. Is @airtelindia planning to shut shop and forcing customers to move elsewhere. @airtelindia

  @airtelnews I have placed a cancellation request on 8th May'26 and was promised a call back stating tools not working and no call back yet. Since 2months you are sending me bills but have not cancelled the services. cx care number is also not reachable. It's a total scam. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia I have requested the shifting of my wifi connection before 2 days. Yesterday was scheduled by your engineering, but no one has come. I have called 5 times to customer care and they said they will assign and engineer but there is no engineer assignment, no contact, nothing. Unfortunately I have to cancel the connection now as you have pathetic service

  @airtelindia what's going on? My internet suddenly stopped working. Even though I'm getting full 5G network,the speed is only 50–60 KB/s. Everyone else's internet at my home is working fine, but mine isn't. I also tried calling customer care, but there was no response. #airtel
