    Hey @airtelindia, I've tried reaching support multiple times, but nothing gets resolved. Your chatbot doesn't understand the issue, and your IVR doesn't even let me speak to a real person. This support experience is unacceptable. Expected much better from Airtel.

    @airtelindia I raised a complaint this afternoon because my Wi-Fi is not working, but there is no way to speak to a human. Your chatbot is only offering an appointment on 30th July. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. #CustomerService #WiFi

    @Airtel_Presence You have responded with the same response of contention, for which I have already escalated (assuming your agents really escalated in the system, cause that's what they told me) several times. And so you are showcasing poor customer support. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
