  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is the 3rd time in this week that the wifi net has gone down without any intimation of maintenance. There is no way to register complaint. The engineers are not responding. I guess its time to switch back to local.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Really disappointed with the service as installation is not done yet even after multiple followups with customer support, Sales Team & installation team. Installation team is saying it's cancelled, without my confirmation, but in app it's under process.

  @airtelindia I’m a 10+ year Airtel customer. During AirFiber installation, the technician demanded ₹800 extra—₹250 fitting + ₹550 cable—without prior info or receipt. I have payment proof, technician details & call recording. If loyal customers are treated like this.

  The network here is so poor since last 1 year that neither calls are made nor internet works, your service is completely poor, to make a call to go away home.This is final and serious complain from my side, otherwise I will shift 50+ Jio members of our village to @airtelindia
