We usually use social media to post our grievance but today I am tweeting to thank @airtelindia for their flawless service in DTH.I made a recharge of ₹2555 instead of ₹255,I called them on realising my mistake & they refunded the complete amount without any fuss. #Airtel

Airtel Payments Bank customer care service is worst if you face any problem they never come up with the solution irritating they won't help you and if you request for a call via twitter or email you have to wait long @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank
