    @airtelindia, @reliancejio. For the past couple of days, internet is not working on postpaid mobile number ending with 4030. A SR was opened which has a resolution time of 8 days (17 Feb). @airtelindia, these days you need to have max 8 hours resolution time not 8 days. (2/4)

    @airtelindia, @reliancejio. The number on which we are facing issue belongs to my son. You can't think of going out without Internet on your mobile. My son has a dual SIM phone. We recharged the Jio SIM we have and data started working. Thanks @reliancejio. (4/4)
