Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. All the information are in your inbox, but you're not even replying.

In a month, I could not even use 5GB data. Complained many times, no solution. Port request to Jio already raised. Fix ASAP or I will port. Details in DM.

Bought new FASTag after old one got damaged but it’s not showing in the app and customer care is no help. Urgent issue and pathetic support. Seriously reconsidering Airtel services now.
