    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hi. I have tried to get stolen sim cards reissued multiple times. Airtel has been refusing to help, the agents do not read the messages and resolve the issue without a solution. I have had unauthorized charges on two numbers

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my broadband FTTH connection facing frequent issues (again). Internet connection says ON but no connectivity within. Tried rebooting the router, no help. And the app is designed such way that it's not allowing me to raise a ticket. Can you help?
