    @airtelindia Past from 5 months I am not getting airtel network and I haven't used any data but just did a charity to Airtell for 2.5k.

    It's reaching 48hrs now. They told the maximum resolution time is today 3:30pm. But still there is no technicians reached home to check it. I'm not sure how it's works.. If they come on 3:30 if work continuous after a day what they will do. Worst service ever @airtelindia

    @airtelindia As someone whose work completely depends on internet, this level of negligence is unacceptable. Lost valuable time, work, and trust. Switching to a better service provider now. Airtel, you really need to fix your customer support.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been 5 days since my Airtel WiFi stopped working. Complaint raised, multiple follow-ups made, yet no resolution and no accountability from your team. Customers shouldn't have to chase support for basic service restoration. Resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's now been almost 7 days and Ticket ID: 11032264862 is still unresolved. I have called customer care multiple times, and every time I get the same response: "We are escalating the case" or "Please wait for an update." No engineer visit.

    @airtelindia Currently mobile is everything but the Airtel Recharge Plans full of garbage cobine offers I only need Calls and SMS if u don't fix your plan price in next 3 days I am going to BSNL, thanks.

    Dear @airtelindia, my ₹349 recharge includes Unlimited 5G Data, but my daily 2GB is still being deducted. I use a Samsung Galaxy *** 5G, and 5G signal is available. Unlimited 5G worked before this recharge. Please resolve this issue urgently.

    @airtelindia my wifi is not working from last 2 days only before 10 days technician came and did work again same signal problem happening. I already registered complaint but nobody contact me. Your technician support is very wea. Poor customer service

    While travelling in a train or on a highway, Airtel never disappoint you, their 5g even 4g is pathetic if you are moving continuously, also lack services when you are in a high rise building. This is my personal experience. Tired of this broken connectivity. @airtelindia
