It would be better if I switch to some other network as @airtelindia is no longer the fastest network provider.

Now they need another 8 days to resolve it. The problem is more subscriber for less bandwidth. Airtel service??

Nothing is wrong except you have more user's then the network can handle in day time. Postpaid subscribers are hit most.
