    My family and I have been airtel postpaid customers for over a decade. Ridiculous service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. After explaining that senior citizens dont have a functioning landline or internet, they rely on sending templatised sms' about a further 48 hrs downtime!

    @airtelindia as I was having issues with Vodafone network but seems like yalls network reception is reaching the same level as them plus I have a corporate account with y’all and all are facing the same issue. Also please don’t tell me to change the SIM cards as we have done it!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your broadband service is worst nowdays in Kalpavruksh Heights, Lalji Padha, Kandivali West, Mumbai - 400067. Soon society is going to issue notice 2 u. Internet is down almost every alternate day.

    @airtelindia sorry to say but your network doesn’t seem to be doing a good job as I’m facing a lot of call drops, cross connections and call failed options also it’s not only me but it’s also my family members who are facing this issue… also I moved from Vodafone to y’all

    @airtelindia call drops, irritating noise while call gets connectivity, slowest internet speed. The list of complaints doesn't end and company doesn't care at all @DoT_India despite many tweets regarding slow net speed, never received any call. This shows how much they care

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged my prepaid number with 598 rs recharge and got a message that Amazon prime mobile edition for 30days will be provided. But after recharge in airtel thanks app same is not available. Kindly help
