It’s ridiculous being an Airtel user, I switched my account to postpaid to prepaid yesterday around 5pm. I was told with 24hrs it will proceed &Internet was also not working between 24hrs. Still now I can’t recharge&can’t call I can’t access internet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
