    Who will bear cost. It was never been informed while selling the system. So it's cheat by @airtelindia My old system was giving same speed in 4g also. Very sad to know that @airtelindia Is not comfortable. I request @airtelindia to withdraw my all system immediately. Even there

    So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    @airtelindia The Internet has been slowed down since the inception of 5G. I tried setting to 4G LTE still no improvement.

    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they advertise best network and the fastest, visited their service center for help and guess what their server is down the whole day, bullshit about India's best network. This is reality check for such fruad companies who just have worst centers.

    Hey, @airtelindia and @IRCTCofficial . Thanks for placing ads with "book now" buttons on the train booking page that take you to Airtel instead of payments page. Thanks to this, I've lost my tatkal booking and had to cancel important trip.

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw The office building in Andheri East which houses 300plus employees facing serious issue of network on Airtel ; when the admin contacted Airtel team the response was this is due to 5G ? Unbelievable a suggestion given was to migrate to another network

Forget business ethics, you guys don’t seem to have even basic decency !!Call me back or I’m discontinuing all ur services including ur 1GBPS fiber at the end of this billing cycle. Got enough alternatives in market.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if anyone wants to sub ott doing to as stand alone .. recharging with OTT claim is trapping the customer. Pathetic and calling Airtel. After recharge it will take ages to even address the issue let alone resolve it.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed by the service provided by your Noida Sector 63 store and shocked to know that although Airtel claims to bring India closer but it forces it's customers to visit various circles for services since Airtel is one only on papers not on ground.

    @airtelindia My mobile data is stuck around 100 kbps on 4G/5G despite having active postpaid data. Network reset done. Another Airtel SIM works fine on same phone. Looks like eSIM/data provisioning issue. Please fix urgently.

    Worst exp with @airtelindia I have been using the airtel one since 5 years Recently I upgraded my mobile service family pack + broadband( IP TV). its been 2 days to I didn’t get call from the customer service for Installation.Even customer care also not working. No dedicated line

    @airtelindia I have been literally paying 1500 for the last few months..opted a postpaid plan .. initially one month worked well,now airtel sucks worst internet & service.And their staff so manipulation in services.hope will get resolution here

Now blaming me for not recharging the same plan,even though the old plan had already expired N I’ve already shared clear proof of it. Still forcing the same scripted excuse? Fix ur system and stop misleading.

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm
