@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pls activate my existing sim which is replaced few hrs back still it is not active. That is my official no and unable to make any calls. Activation take this much time ?? How many days you need! Extremely Poor service.

@airtelindia it's now exactly a week that I have complained about problem with wifi. Your engg said Router is faulty and shud b replaced and gave a timeline of 2 days. But no action taken after that. If you cant manage simple router related issues then u shud stop providing wifi

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, 1st outage on 28th Dec 2020 lasted 15+ hours. 2nd outage on 16th Jan 2021 lasted 10+ hours. 3rd outage on 18th Jan 2021 running 8+ hours. Within a month. And you want us to be patient. Shame!!!
