    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How can you simply remove a customer from Airtel black and put them in platinum? Then start demanding all sorts of recharges. My black charge was supposed to be about 2k, but almost 2.5k+ is being demanded from Airtel this month.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service request raised on 27th Jan on low or zero network of #airtel has been pending. Replaced & re-insert sim on different phones no improvement. Service team least bothered to connect or call to check on where is real issue. Disappointing !

    Hell with the @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst customer care response and worst services provided despite of being a Postpaid customer with a family plan of 5 connections and paying monthly bill of about 1500. Going to port out all my connections to jio or vI. Hell with you.

    @airtelindia Your mobile recharge shoes validity of 42 days, now after 28 days, it says it validity has finished. I complaint but it isn't being resolved. I have been using Airtel for a decade. My dth as well is of Airtel. This is saddening.

    Dear @JioCare I’m growing fed up of poor connectivity of JIO Wi-Fi. Twice the engineer came and reset the router and it gets fixed for a day and gets messed up again. Either provide a better solution or @airtelindia I’m fine with an airtel broadband if you promise a fine service!
