    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why a customer can't opt for another plan online ? I want to change plan and for the same I have recharged too,but received msg that I can't change,why? Also I get disruption of service for few hours on daily basis,who is going to compensate?

    @DeepikaBhardwaj @airtelindia Same the case with me . Broadband not working for two months I asked for waiver but they are not ready to waive everyday at least 3 people call and I am just tired of explaining and decided not to continue

    we have registered the Request related to Cancellation on your Airtel Number Service Request No. 31-4015088479248, dated 21/04/2022. Rest assured, we will work on the same and get back to you with an update by 28/4/ . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when my issue will be resolved.
