    @airtelindia my airtelxstream fiber is down for more then 5 hours, customer care store hasn’t given ang proper solution. They said it will take 24hours. How can you expect us to sit without internet. Very bad services & connection. Better to switch to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia Hey can you please cancel the broadband connection: Fiber ID: 04049524777 Service request number: 10101864929 Stop harassing us by calling every few hours. Please just disconnect the damn broadband connection. It's been more than an year and you won't cancel it.

    Is the airtel customer care numbers 121 ,198 and 9810198101 for making customers fools because their is no option for connecting with representative. Airtel in one of the best service provider but after this I am disappointed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had paid for a new connection of Airtel fiber on 2-11-2022 still it's not connected to my home there is no satisfied answer provided by the team. Please do some needfull help. Broadband id :- 072112965999

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Turns out i am the Airtel Black customer, which happens to be their highest priority customer bracket. And no response, i tweeted, i raised a complaint on their portal and i tried reaching them individually

    @airtelindia @airtelnews You guys need to train your customer service representative better. I have never came across such a rude, non-listening CX person in my life who is just dictating terms to make the payment, and not ready to hear how bill has been generated incorrectly.
