@airtelindia @airtelindia i had subscribed for for 6 months fiber plan but i cancelled after 1 month of use. The team i called to cancel said i would take 45 days for refund to be credited. But, its been 60 days now. The balance amount is not refunded and there is now proper response.

@airtelindia your Xtream Broadband service is extremely hopeless. No resolutions, u take unplanned outage and disrupt services. No prior information to customers, complaints doesn't get resolved. Only charges and bills r on time
