@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir, one of my Airtel postpaid sim 8903231127 (Delhi circle) didn't work. So got the sim swapped at Chennai and now it's more than 72 hours; still services of incoming and outgoing haven't resumed. Pls help. My contact number is 8800666226

@devesh2395 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I do not trust the theory of broken sim. Sim card is a physical device which is inserted into the slot and do not find a reason to break without human intervention, unless the providers sets up an expiry date for your sim which is again a software issue.
