  @airtelindia I have changed my plan in June and also got the confirmation via SMS but still I am getting bill as per previous plan. Worst part is your helpline number and chatbot , where you share info as per your convenience and not transferring the call to agent, #WorstService

  @airtelindia is sach a fraud company, 1st of all their network is terrible.nd if you accidentally use more data then they automatically slow down your internet speed. The connection isn't even stable in my area;I purchased unlimited 5G plan, yet I'm only able to use 2GB per/d.

  @airtelindia I am on my night shift working with the wifi connection which I have purchased from you. Now all of sudden your wifi in my area has stopped working. I have tried calling customer support (198) but IVR has no options. How do I work now? With your mobile data ???

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Hi Airtel, My WiFi has been down for the past 48 hours and I’ve been told it needs 72 more hours to fix. Please permanently close my connection. I will switch to another provider. Kindly confirm once done.

  Airtel’s service has been extremely disappointing despite my numerous complaints and follow-ups. The issues remain unresolved, and the lack of proper support and action is unacceptable. I expected much better service from a leading telecom provider. @airtelindia @airtelnews

  @airtelindia my WiFi has stopped working for the past two days. I have contacted your customer care executives at least half a dozen times, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved... please fix ASAP
