    @Airtel_Presence I am getting intermittent Internet access on my broadband since last few weeks e.g.there was no internet last night…not getting resolved completely even after lodging repeated formal complaints..is there any serious technical issue at back end @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Hello I register a video complaint of airtel Dth on 05.02.20222 ref no- 58628840 but no solution is given and my complaint closed. I again register complaint with ref no- 58645425 now they again closed my complaint without solution. That is customer service in airtel.

    @airtelindia Is @Airtel_Presence is really working . i have raised the request related to issue "blocking sim without any notice", on 2nd Feb (thrice ).So far, nobody responded. we have linked aadhar card when upgraded to 4G 2 years back and got ack from airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am in Europe and my Airtel Karnataka prepaid number lost a signal suddenly (it was working before) and I am stuck without any banking and other OTPs. I've tried calling 9845098450 from Europe, but it is out of service. URGENT HELP!

    @airtelindia My wifi has been down since friday . I was told it would get fixed in few hours , it has been 48 hours and yet i am told to wait another 48 hours. How am i supposed to do anything without Internet?
