  @airtelindia , i have been trying to contact to customer care via call but their is no option to speak to the customer care representative, only IVR is telling details. Its so frustrating when their is no option to select about ur complain.

  @KarMukesh @JioFiberVoice @airtelindia Airtel also disconnects too often, the network is old, many places it only has copper wire connections, and no fibre, at least an Airtel technician visits and he fixes the connections for a couple of days it is to work. Check in your local area how is the airtel service.
