@airtelindia such horrible engineers you hire, they close the ticket without even fixing the problem, past 3 days only I have been cut off from internet during the day, what am I supposed to do with internet from 11pm to 5am? Abysmal.

@airtelindia Looks like there’s no benefit of being a Airtel Black customer. I raised a request to change my fiber plan on 3rd but till now no response and no follow-up. I have to call daily and same answer. So irritating. Will shift to @TataPlayin
