  It has been 4 mnth but still there is no support from the airtelteam, I purchase xtream black plan and my settop box is not working properly after 1 mnth of purchasing ,i have been complaining all the time but there is no support from @airtelindia Kindly send a team to solve it.

  @rizwandurrani1 @airtelindia Totally agree. Facing the same issues with Airtel—call drops and very slow internet despite high charges, that too in Delhi. Even people in my circle are saying the same. This kind of service is not acceptable.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. I ordered Airtel Xstream Set-Top Box but it’s still not delivered. Meanwhile, I managed to get it from a local distributor due to the delay. Kindly cancel my order and refund my partial payment immediately. #Airtel

  Really disappointed with your network. It’s been performing so poorly that I was forced to port to Jio. Even had to remove your Air Fiber. Charging ₹349 for this kind of service is unacceptable—your “5G” doesn’t even perform like proper 4G. Please fix this urgently.@airtelindia

  Me running a hotel in rayalaseema mydukur,from yesterday onwards we recieved so many disappointed reviews from my daily customer becoz of Not responding Thier calls 🥲😬. The only reason that we got those -ve impressions becoz of using AIRTEL sim @airtelindia . No proper n/w🙏😪.

  @airtelindia pathetic service in delhi. Even with a postpaid plan, net connectivity is almost like 2g. Calls don't connect.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst service ever even paying fir airtel back premium plans still not able to connect with customer care and nor able to raise complaint over the app as its showing we already facing issues in your area. Then why you are charging mnthly @DoT_India
