@airtelindia do you really care ur subscriber. My wifi is not working from yesterday, when i call 121 and request for customer care associate - the call will disconnect. There is no option in #airtelthanks app to raise a complaint. Pls suggest ur secret way to resolve my issue.

Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia broadband services in Kolkata. While the connection goes off intermittently, the service guys do not bother to respond to your queries and complaints. Horrible horrible experience!
