    @Airtel_Presence My WiFi has been down for 2 days. Multiple calls made, but the issue is still unresolved. The assigned technician isn’t responding properly and keeps delaying the visit. Please resolve this urgently and share the ticket status. Very disappointed. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is extremely pathetic service here in Raipur. It’s been 4 days your pathetic technician is just rescheduling the visit. The WiFi is not working for last 5 days at my place and your technician is just fooling the system.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence BB shift Request was scheduled for 04/06/2026. No technician visit, no callback despite multiple calls and emails. Now the request has disappeared from the Airtel app with no status update. New request made via customer care 10960435027. #Airtelblack

    Very disappointed with Airtel Xstream Fiber service. I installed a new Airtel WiFi connection and was promised OTT/Amazon benefits during installation, but those benefits are still not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
