    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel From almost a month customer service is not able to change monthly billing cycle and keep on giving 🤖 response that they are working on query BUT they aren’t! I am with Airtel for almost 12 years being a #platinum customer but now I regret!

    Hi @ACTFibernet could you let me know when do you actually plan on resolving complaint no. SR10264704372634? It was supposed to be resolved at 8pm last night but that didn't happen. I think it's high time i move to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what is the company policy. . If a customer is connected with your company from a long time and if he fails to pay once in a year u put late fees. . Have you ever rewarded anyone for paying on time. . Shame shame shame

    Dear @airtelindia is it a mistake to take the connection of Xtreme Fibre when almost everyday I get a message regarding the technical error? Network connection is poorer in Panathur area. Can you fix it please else inform in my meetings about this repetitive issue. #badservice

    @airtelindia I have been using Airtel payments for fasttag, I had a issue in a toll where I had enough balance , when called to customer care number 8800688006 why it's only a Hindi audio in IVR, is there a alternative number for Tamil or atleast English if you can understand it.
