    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In Hoskote, Bengaluru, my Airtel Broadband connection has been down for the last 3 days. The Airtel app keeps reporting an area outage, but there has been no resolution so far. Could you please provide an update and help restore the connection ASAP.

    @airtelindia I am having worst experience of Airtel network. It’s like I am back to 2G age. Airtel app help is also not working due to pathetic network. Can you plz help?

    One genuine question for @airtelindia: When customer care says "high priority", what does it actually mean? Because after days of waiting, multiple escalations, repeated promises, and no resolution, "high priority" seems to mean "wait another few hours."

    @airtelindia i convert my number from prepaid to postpaid just 3-4 days before and the internet is not working properly . What a shame. If you are charging for 5G, but speed not even of 2G. prepaid speed was some better. Your adds misleads and makes too much hype of connectivity

    Hey @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia, I already contacted support, but the issue is still not resolved. My unlimited data is not activated after recharge, and my daily data is still getting deducted. Please fix this issue urgently.
