I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.

Do you need 5 days to upgrade WiFi plan? He may or may not come on Wednesday that is also not confirmed.
