    @airtelindia I ported to Airtel from @reliancejio beause I was facing call drop issues. Ever since I have ported to airtel (14-May-26), there is no network at my home. I can barely make calls. I created a help request. That request resolution time is till 29th May 1/2

    Anyone considering moving to @airtelindia should consider this factor In case there are connectivity issues, you can raise a ticket with Airtel. But they will close it without discussing with you. Thats how they work.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is not the resolution, this is the service you guys provide when we ask for connection. A web of services which don’t work when you need them the most.

    Utmost ghatiya service by you guys. Just in the name of indian product shame in you. You guys deserve slaps in your faces and i wish your company dies in next years. Pathetic service. @airtelindia Wifi is not working since a week and all you are doing is reboot 100 times.

    @airtelindia i know that my plan is expiring. I do not want 3 messages and 2 calls everyday starting 5 days before it expires. You guys are so annoying. Another message or call reminding me that the plan is expiring and I'll throw away your stupid sim card

    @airtelindia At least give customers essential OTP service. Calls not working is understandable for expired plans, but OTPs are a basic necessity now.

    @airtelindia what a pathetic service you people provide. I have been trying to shift my wifi since 3 days. Every time "escalation" is being done is what a customer is told. This ESCALATION thing doesn't work. I am now cancelling my wifi, postpaid and another wifi connection.

    @yabhishekhd Airtel network is so bad in my house that you have to step outside almost every time you get a call (internet or general). It wasn’t so earlier. Complained so many times but no change. @airtelindia
