    The local Airtel in-charge, Rohit, is also reportedly not available to address the issue. This is a serious service failure. Please look into this urgently and resolve it.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia your services is degraded so that your employees don't even bother to come and check the request raised and it get closed automatically. If you need Free money then let us know don't fool by giving hopeless service.

    @airtelindia Moreover, there is no option available in the app to request disconnection of Wifi, forcing customers to contact customer care multiple times just to cancel a service. I strongly recommend improving this process & providing a simple option in the app to disconnect the connection.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2/n I have even provided my residential address and phone number as per her request. There seems to be no progress made in resolving my problem even though I’ve paid an advance towards the installation.

    @airtelindia Poor internet speed in my area, even during normal hours; worse after 7 PM. Download: 6–7 Mbps, upload: 1–1.5 Mbps. A 200-250 MB video takes ~1 hour to upload. Despite unlimited 4G+5G, why? Please fix the network. #Airtel

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was paying a bill of 897, but you charged 20 rupees for convenience. However, the payment failed, and I only received a refund of 897. Please clarify why you charged the convenience fee when no service was provided.
