    @airtelindia Airtel customer service is extremely poor. I have an incorrect pending bill payment issue in my account. I have raised multiple complaints to airtel customer care, escalated it to nodal & appellate authorities but no proper resolution is given yet.

    @oommen @airtelindia They are the most horrible service provider. Not in any part of the world, their mobile internet works for me. They asked me to get a fresh sim for the same number. Did it. But to no avail. And customer care, it bothers the least

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel billing team reps are extremely rude. They call us to remind for the bill payment and don't even wait for us to respond. When we say that we have raised a complaint regd this already, they just hang up the call or threaten to take legal action

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing poor signal quality Signal strength is around 108dBm 33su which use to some where around 90 .. not only me my whole family is facing same issue please do something
