    @airtelindia It took immense pleasure to tell you that i visited airtel store 2day for my indoor network issue and i got new SIM for it as a solution. 1) charges 250rs. 2) lost my existing recharge validity 3) New SIM needs new recharge. Ths is y clients moving to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia Worst services till date @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my service ticket is not solved from past 20 days , there is no proper tool to reach out to customer support, your airtel thanks app sucks is disgusting with very minimal information. Please have some respect towards clients

    @airtelindia Service Request No 139096984 A technician came did something & inet speed got worse. He promised full redressal by 3pm. It's a everyday affair now. Your service team needs to up their commitment or we will have to up our network to a Tata of Jio...

    @PavanAmbuskar @airtelindia @TRAI Haha. I was telling about my network /call drops from last 8 years. They keep telling me 'will do on priority basis'. That too in Bangalore. Today, moved to another provider thru MNP. I thought 8 years was enough if they wished to. Fed up of saying 'sorry, i got a bad network' !
