Gaurav Pachkawade (@gaurav5kawde) reported8 DAYS. No WiFi. No real updates. Complaint #11032455900 raised last Friday with Airtel. Engineer visited Monday and disappeared. No resolution. Since then: only automated replies, no accountability. Is this the service standard from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.
