@airtelindia I did international roaming recharge 628Rs for UAE (+917498829685) , money paid by online transaction but international roaming not working , no customer care support ,no complain portal..Is it the way to provide mobile services?

Worst hellotune quality among telecom services @airtelindia and worst collection of songs for hellotunes @WynkMusic and worst clip selection for songs having hellotune option . Many popular songs aren't there on the wynk app and many hits don't have hellotunes for them .

Still after 5 days of continuously begging from customer care executives to mangers to senior executives. They are just giving us time from 2 hours to 4 hours to 24 hours to 15mins, but can't get the premium service @airtelindia is claiming to give its customers.
