  @airtelindia I have taken IPTV connection in April this year and to my surprise the remote is not working no physical damage nothing happened it suddenly stopped by itself... Please consider I am not going to pay anything for this this is daytime loot to customers.

  @TRAI I have airtel sim card & airtel broadband. They issue a single bill but collect only the mobile part on ECS & force me to pay broadband part by autopay. Their customer care asked me to open an airtel payment bank account This is unfair trade practice by @airtelindia

  Hi @airtelindia Even after multiple requests for disconnection & closure of Airtel wifi starting 1.June.2026 there is no resolution & bill is continuously generated & being falsely charged. Initially your CC executives were not willing to close connection and kept wasting time.

  My elderly parents’ Airtel connections (both linked to my account/ID) with 1-year plans were suddenly suspended without any prior notification. They are now struggling to reactivate the same numbers. The service center is demanding ₹2000 per SIM. This is how you care for your loyal senior customers? I’m not in India and can’t help them directly. Kindly escalate on priority and help reactivate urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
