    I have been customer of @airtelindia for like 12 years now. I have user their all sorts of services such as prepaid, postpaid, broadband and now I’m seriously planning to move away from it at any cost. Not just me a lot of people in my circle are having serious issues

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! My Air Fiber (Acc: 20043303710) is dead for days. SLA breached on 30 May. Assigned engineers (8048257248) are intentionally ignoring calls. Facing frequent drops . Resolve ASAP @TRAI

    @airtelindia @excitel_rocks And that’s where all the trauma started. I subscribed to their mesh for better Internet at blackspots but as expected it’s not working, so I’ve returned it in September 2024. But to my surprise they kept billing for it for like 6 months. Multiple complaints raised, no resolution

    @airtelindia SR #11031438561 remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and repeated commitments that were not honored. More concerning, an unknown caller had access to details of my service request and later behaved abusively. Awaiting answers, accountability. @TRAI

    @airtelindia Please refund my money immediately. Your team is still unable to install the WiFi connection and the installation keeps getting delayed again and again. I no longer wish to continue with the order. Kindly cancel it and process my full refund as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia I am facing calling issue. On call receiver compliant voice breaking even in fully open location. It's in both case if I call or someone calls me.

    @airtelindia Recently took Airtel Broadband connection and within a month it stopped working, complaint raised and 4 a days over still no resolution. Customer care is least bothered, pathetic and worst service
