@airtelindia have put a request to convert pre-paid to postpaid yesterday. Such a pathetic experience you have made Airtel. I have been a customer earlier too in a single click my prepaid was converted to postpaid but now they asked me to do physical verification and show ID's.

@airtelindia is providing very poor network in Sikharpur, #Cuttack. Rather a tower of @Airtel_Presence is just 100 mtrs away from my home, I am browsing at only 10kb/Sec. #AirtelDown Better to switch to @reliancejio.
