    @airtelindia why don't you allow esim to physical conversion. I got a new phone & you've made it impossible to move esim from old Android phone to new Android one. Your customer support has no idea how to. They send link which gives up on Airtel app saying something went wrong.

    I've called customer support multiple times, but there's still no resolution or clear update. As a Black Member, this level of service is extremely disappointing. I expected much better support from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Pathetic @airtelindia Fiber service! My router disconnects repeatedly on both phones. Three customer care calls were disconnected without any help. Fix it immediately or replace the router. Completely unacceptable. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #AirtelFiber #CustomerSupport

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Monday came. No technician. No call. No update. When I contacted Airtel Customer Care again to reopen the complaint, the response from the local representative was shocking.

    Airtel broadband is one of the worst broadband provider in india i raised ticket for wifi problem 3 days before still no response from . Costumer support is worst . Service engineer careless and very rude to . Iam going cancel this service using for 4 years @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into service request 11034151884 raised yesterday around 11 am. No one visited till now and no one is taking calls at the number provided (08048235514). No wifi, no network since yesterday.

    @airtelindia @TRAI pathetic experience. SIM port from your Airtel store in Karkarduma New Delhi and since port my internet Is not working. Complaint raised but closed without response. Also the store person Anjali Verma is denying support citing system issues for last 3 days.

    @airtelindia airtel airfiber 1 month ago, since last 7-8 days not internet showing in router after 2-3 days i raised complaint which was very difficult to raise but somehow they take complaint now 3days gone no-one came to fix my issue recharge going waste worst service

    @airtelindia you suspended my WiFi, took my money instantly, and now won’t restart my Airtel Black connection. Your Thanks App has the dumbest bot on earth. It keeps calling this a “technical issue” when it’s common-sense service reactivation. Ticket: 11034299246
