    @airtelindia Raised request for DTH reinstallation one week back and nobody turned up yet. Escalated multiple times to the customer care but no result. This is the way you are treating an Airtel Black customer !! Pathetic is the only word for your service.

    @airtelindia When can I expect to get more than 10kbps speed on mobile? Recently I have talked to God but have never been able to reach your customer care surpassing the IVRS (complex that Quantum mechanics) you've tactically of installed to play Hide & Seek with customers!!
