Airtel is the biggest scammers on the planet, i lodge a complaint two days back and no one came to fix the problem and the company has the audacity to send me a msg that it’s been fixed ! None of the agents numbers that the customer care provided is working ! @airtelindia

@pahadanladki @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Galti manager ki Hai...not the executives.. That even if on the verge of being abused by the customer cos it is the 17-18th time u are calling them... Get the executive to call, after all he will get the brunt of it...nothing to management.

1. disgusted by the poor Airtel customer care service . On July 30, made request to shift my broadband no 01141814953 from, Delhi to Lucknow. I was assured that this would be done in a week's time. made multiple follow up calls but got fake assurances @airtelindia @airtelindia

@airtelindia when onwards you guys lost ethics....since 1 1/2 month we are requesting to take back the modem and refund our amount and even nodal officer is not solving the complaint amd on top of that sending bill for a disconnected connection.. #airtelsucks

One of the most worst network @airtelindia . It's very disappointed that in this 4G era you r giving 2G services in the name of 4G & foolish people's. It's my bad luck that I recharge my #airtel sim. Next time I wrapped my ear, I'll never recharge my #airtel sim & will #port it.
