  @airtelindia because of the manipulation by your customer services i switched to postpaid.Again I switched to prepaid and I am getting very limited choices of monthly recharges while my family have plenty of choices?why are you being so unfair to very trustworthy customer?

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

  @airtelindia I had subscribed to Airtel Black,which I later cancelled and retained only the WiFi service.Despite that, my monthly bill was never reduced and I continued to pay Rs. 706 every month.This month the bill is Rs. 463, but previously it was Rs. 706,why this difference?

  @Airtel_Presence After my repeated complaints, an engineer named Manish Vohra called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my connection on his end. I informed him that the router is the root cause and must be replaced. He hung up. The problem persists. 1087 @kiran_stories @airtelindia
