    @airtelindia very difficult to log complaint in ur system. ur telesystem asks airtel number or so. I don't use ur phone but use broadband. Help me pl to talk to your tele agent. I am calling using my registered mobile number.

    @airtelindia such a pathetic service u have no solution for sim replacement for sinior citizens who cannot make it to the store in person. To top it all your store execs and 121 execs are not equipped with empathy or proper etiquette to speak decently for such a query or request.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 5G started now,but still 3G or 4G network not available in my village.I have raised complaint last 3 years no response from Team Airtel Near my village we have Airtel tower around 1km but signal not available to my village.Pls do needful
