Would make a kind request to everyone please avoid @JioCare @reliancejio ,they are only concerned about drawing money from innocent consumers no after sale service is done by them. I am requesting them from past 15 days but no resolution.Hope @airtelindia would be better.

Why is the @airtelindia thanks app horrible in terms of usability? A good UI doesn't help when you are unable to do a simple task. Since months I am trying to solve an issue of downgrading my Netflix subscription but neither the app nor the customer care is able to help.

@airtelindia This is absolutely ridiculous! Net wasn't working, raised a complaint, even got a call that they'll be visiting, that was 2 days ago! No one visited and today I see, the complaint is already closed Internet isn't working yet! Shall have to reconsider using Airtel!

@airtelindia I raised a complaint about my broadbend . I facing regular disconnect issue . Complaint raised 1 week ago no solution provided by airtel. And even when I call at 121 they giving me unnecessary option . They stop my option to talk with customer care executives.
