    @ViCustomerCare Why DM ? Are you customizing network tower? Nobody replied, I already DM yesterday @airtelindia @reliancejio you have more opportunities at New Maninagar, Ahmedabad Gujarat, as VI does not shows interest to improve its network and tower.

    @airtelindia your network coverage is very poor in village area. Mainly i m talking about Samastipur, Bihar. No signal in mobile, no internet speed, call drop.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My sim card has stopped working since last night and I am not able to go and collect the replacement sim since my apartment has been sealed due to spike in covid cases.Unable to reach the customer service team since my sim is dead. please help
