Dr Sumeet Shah (@DrSumeetShah) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a request for stopping the Wi Fi connections 011100412704_dsl and 011100416062_dsl as the premises they are installed on is closing down. I am repeatedly getting Airtel Calls asking about the reason for closure or possibility to shift. I don't want any shift, nor is there any grievance. That location is shutting shop. Simple. Please help in disconnection and the service technician can take back the modem.

Its been a year Im airtel airfiber user & everyday facing internet issues where speed is hardly 70-80kbps. Whenever I called customer care answer is same team is working on it & will resolve in 4hrs. Highly disappointed
