  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence give a genuine services if possible dont use trick to loot money from customer. Ur app does not work and apply late fee. Unncessary add roaming charges. Ethical and customer friendly also a business.

  @airtelindia The key question: Can Airtel provide an audit trail showing exactly what was displayed in the Airtel Thanks App when I made the purchase? Customer Care and 121 have been unable to explain how a ₹295 roaming pack became a ₹698 charge.

  @aftab_aarzoo @airtelindia Same here , I have unlimited pack , but they always deduct 4G data .. Even after promising 5G unlimited, no support form Airtel. Better to switch to other operator

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4+ days and still no resolution for Ticket ID: 11032264862. Every call gets the same assurance, but no engineer visits and no action is taken. This is the worst service experience I've had. Need immediate resolution.

  @Airtel_Presence The world is not small so to the world again as usual they have just opened a ticket and nothing else. If it didn't get fixed today @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia then raise the ticket for removal of your broadband. Your service is worse than other companies.
