  I have complained my issue to customer care help line 198. My concern id is C4GSP20326985645. Plz it is my humble request to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence That you should give one month free using of 1 GB per day to all of Airtel users across India. It is good effort to us.

  I am Using Airtel postpaid Since 4 years but I have been cheated by Airtel Bcoz My plan was changed without my consent. Customer care is Not interested to listen and They are replying vague statment that you can port to other network. Shame on @airtelindia

  @airtelindia For broken wifi I raised a complaint using airtel app. I started receiving call for new connection from Airtel. Callers are asking me to terminate existing airtel connection to get a new airtel connection. Kya hai yeah!! Tell me some way to raise complaint

  ngl @airtelindia is such a scamster and looter. it was showing the option that recharging for rs 399 gets you free jiohotstar service, my mother fell for it, recharged for rs 399 and lo and behold that reward isn't even available🤡

  @sooyaaworshiper @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same happened with me. I was told to replace the sim..old one was very old and somehow stopped working. Visit service centre and they will replace it immediately.

  @airtelindia "India's premium network" only in ads. Every power cut in my area means complete network outage. Paying premium postpaid charges for third-class service. Reliable backup infrastructure seems missing. Please fix the network, not just the marketing. #Airtel

  @airtelindia pathetic service. Raised 3 requests raised, no response. Finally Had to visit store for eSim to physical SIM migration, She changed it different number than the number given to her. It is utter chaos. Again i was told to visit store spending time & money #India
