The problem what I face now is 1. Very bad Internet services in my area .(North East India) 2. Most of time can't calling problem are happened. 3. Castomar care are not very helpful.they don't take any call from us ,and and hearing the problems. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia I'm a user of Airtel Broadband service for last 5 years. While my plan is 40mbps,I only receive 18mbps or lower. Customer Care is already informed of this issue and each time they open a Service request and close it by themselves without any resolution. Disappointed!

@airtelindia Really disappointed with service. Airtel Black memeber w/ Postpaid, DTH & Fiber. Bill amount paid before due date, but has been credited to DTH and not the Fiber account. Fiber still shows bill due. And Fiber connection has been terminated and also a late fee charged
