@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia when I try to do a normal recharge on my number it's not even connecting to airtel. The app are asking to select the network. That means my card is clearly disconnected from Airtel Network. Why is this happening? How can you resolve it?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has harassed in the last 5 days. They claim to provide customer support within 24 to 48 hours, but no action has been taken even after complaining to the customer care on July 21 and before that at the local level.
