    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence OneAirtel Customer Care and Sales seem to be incorrigible. They're unable to resolve an issue which was caused by the negligence of Airtel during customer onboard, nor are they registering a complaint. 3 days of follow-up yielded nothing. Frustrated!

    @airtelindia how to do I connect with a support executive to know about your broadband plans. The IVR options doesnt have any such option. Need to know details before I can apply for it right?
