    12+ hours and my WiFi is still down..Facing serious issues and Airtel customer service just keeps saying ho jayega, ho jayega but kab hoga?no timeline..This is honestly pathetic service. We pay on time, at least give clear updates.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Internet is not working for me for the last 2 and a half hours. They mentioned they are upgrading the connection. Not sure why it is taking much time to upgrade. Could you please help on this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trying to contact on the registered customer care number but it says Invalid. Looks like Airtel doesn't want to listen to customers grievance even though you are Airtel Black customer. Expecting a call back once this reaches them...

    @PratPanc @airtelindia Jio and Airtel have created a monopoly. Since there are no alternatives, these service providers don’t bother resolving customer complaints. They know customers have no other choice but to sit and tolerate the issues.
