    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Customer care repeatedly says "SIM not in his name" - even though it's linked to his Aadhaar (confirmed on Sanchar Saathi), banks, PAN & all government services. ReKYC deadline Jul 20 - no OTPs. Local center (Vinukonda, Andhra Pradesh) helpless, forcing him to travel to Guntur.

    @AirtelXstream @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. It's been more than 10 days since I paid the full amount for my Airtel Xstream set-top box, but it has still not been delivered or installed despite multiple follow-ups and repeated assurances.

    Dear @airtelindia, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. My Airtel Xstream Fiber stopped working. Despite repeated complaints, the issue wasn't fixed. Instead, your technicians advised us to take a completely new broadband connection, assuring 1/8

    Why nowadays airtel Wi-Fi service is very poor... I made a wrong decision to switch from @ACT to airtel @airtelindia
