    @airtelindia @pmo @_DigitalIndia From since 72hours i am trying to swap my Postpaid no i.e, 7978983045 but till now Airtel touring me since already 48hours..if u r not capable then give us the positive ans. Baseless service of AIRTEL so don't accept the Postpaid service of Airtel

    Hlo @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia, Iam one of your subscriber from an rural area of Mayurbhanj,odisha. The issue in our area that When the current goes, the network also goes. The anteena is just new but this issue is very disappointing. Please solve this issue immediately.🙏

    @airtelindia you are doing not good incoming call stopped after validity expired.. Do recharge only unlimited plan. This is very injustice for customer hence I request all to leave airtel platform...... I have through out Airtel.... From my life

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what kind of application do you have? I have recharged for Amazon prime video pack, but it is not activating. Its been 2 days i am trying. Non sense service. Give me my money back. U cheaters frauds.

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel executives are not customer centric bluffing without resolution. Customer visiting for reactivation and KYC from last month SIM is permanently disconnected on 07.05.26 They are just focusing on cross sales instead of resolution

    @airtelindia earlier outgoing service worked for at least sometime after expiry. Now the moment validity ends the line practically useless causing mental harassment to make just one call, customers are not ATM @airtelindia please understand that and provide the solution asap.

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I think it's now time to switch to different carriers like @JioCare @excitel_rocks and many more not to airtel anymore. Faced many problem during installation and after installation my IPTV was installed after 10-15 days but still paid to that time because of your ******* store.
