I called many times to the local technical team member Mr Gaurav 9319872062 provided by sms for installation. I called many times but disconnected. Now thinking of changing providers. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost.
