  @airtelindia the most incompetent customer support you will ever come across. No knowledge and zero zeal to help. And Airtelblack is another area of them to fool the customers. Better to port to some other network rather than getting fooled by these crooks.

  @airtelindia How ridiculous, I have using Airtel broadband since 3 years but its speed is only 30 Mbps in Gurgaon , I purchased Airtel service on the promise that fiber will be available within a month , even Smaller ISPs provide better speed at least 100 Mbps
