@airtelindia Has gone down to such level that my Fastag was made deactivated by them and when consulting Customer Care he is telling me to upgrade Airtel Payment Bank so as to make the Fastag Active. Why would I need to reate a bank account for Fastag. Disgraceful Service @RBI

@airtelindia @WynkMusic No response from the team. I am keep on texting them from 1 Month but no use. I had also complaint on customer service upto 7 time but no use . I approach to service center 4 times but no use. Waste of time but service not good looking to port to other one.
