  I entered the @airtelindia store with a functioning SIM card looking for another. I left 90 minutes later. 650 bucks less in my wallet. Zero sim cards functioning. Terrible customer service is an understatement + 6/8 employees weren't wearing a mask properly. Rant over.

  @airtel @airtelindia - the Thanks app is not working. My grandmother has tried to change her plan thrice over the past week. She has called your complaint number multiple times and it sends a link to the app (which continues to malfunction/ not solve her query). Please fix.

  @airtelbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it’s shame for you being called a service provider. I’ve migrated all my numbers including the DTH services with you and you can’t complete one simple KYC. You can accept payment but I can’t use it for paying your own bills.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even on IVR menu from other network it will all talk nonsense expect from connecting to customer service, its good to use AI however atleast give a damn option to register a complaint. Stores are closed now not sure how i can get it fixed 😡
