I entered the @airtelindia store with a functioning SIM card looking for another. I left 90 minutes later. 650 bucks less in my wallet. Zero sim cards functioning. Terrible customer service is an understatement + 6/8 employees weren't wearing a mask properly. Rant over.

@airtelindia : I am user of airtel for mobile/DTH/Broadband services . When I shifted to new constructed apartment to shift the connection they said they can't give service and it may take 3or6 more months. Poor Response .
