    @airtelindia I am really disappointed with the service you provide. I have recently booked airtel extreme fiber, booking and kyc person comes instantly but after that no one cares about customer, what issue they are facing. I am writing this to let you know the about reality of ground level.

    1/2 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i am sorry to say this but really got fed up from the data issue with airtel. Feeling like i made a blender mistake by porting my wife's & my sim in airtel. Really got fed up with your so called 4G data service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Poor Service, Visited Airtel store and contacted customer care several time but no success. Just asked for a DUPLICATE SIM CARD but no body from Airtel had any solution to that since 3 weeks after all the required docs have been submited

    Due to @reliancejio I could not book my tatkal ticket because the speed of net was extremely poor. I had been using jio since 2016. I don't think I'll tolerate this anymore. You lost an old customer today. Switching to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia such a poor service got my xtream fiber installed yesterday, was working perfectly fine then in the evening it was not working, then i rebooted the router and still it was not working Then i made a complaint to Customer Care yesterday, service guy came today then

    @airtelindia now they are telling me to wait for 48 hrs, to see if the sim would be active as they have emailed someone. @DoT_India please have a look into this issues. They are barring the services without any intimation and asking me to wait for indefinitely.

    @nishikantsingh9 @airtelindia They deny disconnection upfront. They say your reason is not valid.. so you can stop taking there service when you satisfy them on terms that they decide.. I have to get hold of a person physically at airtel store .. and still it took me 2 hrs to get my disconnection approved.

After making several complaints to your customer service and billing team, multiple visit to airtel outlet nothing has been done till now. Please help as we are on the verge of cancelling the no.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews My Unlimited 5G is not working. Daily data (2GB/3GB) gets exhausted and internet stops. I have already tried all troubleshooting, calls and email but issue is still not resolved. Please escalate and re-provision Unlimited 5G urgently.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests for poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was contacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).
