I left 90 minutes later. 650 bucks less in my wallet. Zero sim cards functioning. Terrible customer service is an understatement + 6/8 employees weren't wearing a mask properly. Rant over.

She has called your complaint number multiple times and it sends a link to the app (which continues to malfunction/ not solve her query). Please fix.

There is team coordination problem between ground/local staff and customer care/senior executive. They only fool the people.
