    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can u please update as to when are you planning to launch Airtel Xstream Fiber in Jamshedpur? I am sick of @reliancejio JioFiber who makes tall claims but doesn't provide a basic service as Static Public IP. 🙄

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am trying to install Airtel broadband at my home, it had been more than 20 days. I initiated 2 booking for the broadband but still all goes in vain. Either they are saying range is further or FAT not available. I am facing huge problem, pls help

    The service given by airtel stream fiber, i got a new connection of fiber and the person who was incharge left the wire like this as shown in video in whole the house. This is the how airtel treats customer and make people happy .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    I entered the @airtelindia store with a functioning SIM card looking for another. I left 90 minutes later. 650 bucks less in my wallet. Zero sim cards functioning. Terrible customer service is an understatement + 6/8 employees weren't wearing a mask properly. Rant over.

    @airtelbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it’s shame for you being called a service provider. I’ve migrated all my numbers including the DTH services with you and you can’t complete one simple KYC. You can accept payment but I can’t use it for paying your own bills.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Poor Service, Visited Airtel store and contacted customer care several time but no success. Just asked for a DUPLICATE SIM CARD but no body from Airtel had any solution to that since 3 weeks after all the required docs have been submited

    Worst service by @airtelindia. Entire day on 31 Dec. 21, internet didn't work & same happening today in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Calling to customer care is useless, they don't give info. @airtelindia neither refund nor extend validity for these internet outage & loots customer.

    Airtel Wi-Fi seems to be the most useless service in terms of issue resolution. It has been 2 days of super slow network that started post the rains and even after multiple intimations, the status is same. Will cancel the connection. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Dear @airtelindia , Airtel Black complaint raised on 16 May for broadband outage in Haridwar still unresolved despite promised timelines. Tickets are falsely marked “Resolved” while Wi-Fi remains dead. No accountability, no support, no follow-up. Ref ID: 11030378434

    @beluga_catesh @airtelindia @GyanTherapy I know what NR is, I’m saying that your screenshot does not have NR or SA 5G Airtel has a limited coverage of SA 5G compared to Jio Hence they deduct from 4G if the network is on 5G NSA

    Very disappointed with Airtel's poor service. Despite raising multiple complaints regarding my router issue, there has been no proper action or resolution from the support team. Customers should not have to follow up for basic service support repeatedly. @airtelindia
