Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ve one of the worst customer service depts. 1. Takes forever to connect. 2. I sent a port out req and your customer service exec called to ask the reason. He did not listen to my reason, instead kept blabbering in a very rude voice fyi. Ugh!

@airtelindia by far the worst telecom service provider ever. Unprofessional and staff lack knowledge. My sim shows active but unable to make or receive calls. Visited the service center and deposited 35 rupees and still no service after 5 days. Now they request to change the sim
