    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews no network in my village, complaining about this from 1 year to customer care, fake hopes given everytime! Kindly do something, in emergency we are not able to coordinate with them. Location-Nagawara,bagidora,banswara rajasthan.

    You can not send SMS if you do not have 'unlimited pack'. :- @airtelindia customer care just told me. This is pure harassment. I have recharge (incoming/outgoing + balance). Why this harassment? @TRAI

    Airtel please don't show any of your tv adds.. these all are fake. What we face as a customers is whole different. Airtel don't want to listen customers. In your application help and support menu is worthless. In that menu not a single issue is real.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia What kind of service is this? Now you blocked outgoing SMS service on the basic plan (79 rupees). I am not able to send paid SMS too. will port to @reliancejio, atleast they are not thief like you.
