    @airtelindia Today whole day I not used internet service because your interest speed is very poor. Only 3 MB use show this time in whole day in city Banswara Rajasthan and internet speed varies 0 to 2 kb/second

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews no network in my village, complaining about this from 1 year to customer care, fake hopes given everytime! Kindly do something, in emergency we are not able to coordinate with them. Location-Nagawara,bagidora,banswara rajasthan.

Your customer service just admitted to my face that the ₹799 AirFiber plan has a hidden data cap that is nowhere to be found on your website's terms and conditions.     Hey @airtelindia, tumhare yahan jo bhi developer hai broadband customer support domain ke liye, bahut CHUTI*A hai. Matlab, I can't rate it out of infinity. Usko kisi se compare bhi nahi kar sakte. I told your customer support 45 days ago why I am not recharging the broadband. They said I would not receive any calls, but still har 3–5 din mein ek call aa jata hai. Matlab kaun gawar ko hire kiya hai jo system sync nahi kar raha, ya cache invalidate nahi kar pa raha. Recharge rate hi badhao bas aur loan dete phir tum. Thank You.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. Airtel Fibre has not been working for the last 10 days despite raising multiple complaints. Every support agent keeps saying 24hours, but nothing gets fixed. Kindly restore my connection or compensate for the downtime #Airtel
