    @airtelindia facing too much problem using ur data @ 9900107903. It taking more than a minute to download the file of size 75kb. Need your quick help get it fixed. Also we don't have ur broadband service in our city pincode 571401.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Initially network was very poor here. Now also, it's very much fluctuating, but main prob now is my data is getting exhausted very soon even with no activity at all. By 1 pm, 1 GB data is over already. U guys are cheating us big time !!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been nearly 2 yrs since I complained about the pathetic airtel mobile network in T Narasipura. I keep getting msg saying that u have setup a new tower & so on, but it's getting very irritating day by day. Thinking of porting it to some other n/w

    @airtelindia At least give customers essential OTP service. Calls not working is understandable for expired plans, but OTPs are a basic necessity now.

    @yabhishekhd @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare operators are already doing something like this. I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.

    Pathetic service @airtelindia Repeated complaints 4–5 times, but no technician visits. Today I was promised resolution within 4 hrs at 10 AM, but till 4:30 PM nobody came. Complaints are marked “resolved” without visiting. I want complete router/AirFiber replacement immediately.

    Very disappointed with Airtel's poor service. Despite raising multiple complaints regarding my router issue, there has been no proper action or resolution from the support team. Customers should not have to follow up for basic service support repeatedly. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia since last night Wi-Fi (Account No 20029460877) is not working and my entire work based on Internet is affecting , how would you redress and i also raised issue on airtel Wi-Fi If not able to provide service then shut off

    entire area has zero airtel network. @airtelindia showing your true colours, as you have controlled entire govt, no poin tin raising issues as no matter how much you loot people Govt keeps supporting you. such a SHAME @TRAI @DoT_India zero support from airtel as always
