@Soumpal @airtelindia Hi. It might take months as well @Soumpal. I have been fighting with them for more than 3 months to fix up the broadband and last one month to get it disconnected only to get the bills without internet.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews : After repeated escalations today a guy visited and fixed the problem temporarily. It worked for few hours and again the frequent disconnection started. Not sure if they understand the problem itself? He wanted happy code to close it.
