    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Initially network was very poor here. Now also, it's very much fluctuating, but main prob now is my data is getting exhausted very soon even with no activity at all. By 1 pm, 1 GB data is over already. U guys are cheating us big time !!!

    @airtelindia facing too much problem using ur data @ 9900107903. It taking more than a minute to download the file of size 75kb. Need your quick help get it fixed. Also we don't have ur broadband service in our city pincode 571401.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been nearly 2 yrs since I complained about the pathetic airtel mobile network in T Narasipura. I keep getting msg saying that u have setup a new tower & so on, but it's getting very irritating day by day. Thinking of porting it to some other n/w

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi down 24+ hrs. Every 6 hrs the bot extends the deadline. Got a "restored" message yesterday at 9:21 PM but still NO internet. Field engineers aren't answering. Fix this or tell us if we need to switch providers. #AirtelDown #AirtelWifi

    @airtelindia has the worst customer service. You cannot get on a call with customer service team and the airtel thanks app and itd chatbot is useless. Also, my wifi connection got over and thry have started billing me monthly without even asking me.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence These days, Airtel’s grievance and appellate process seems to be just for show. Multiple complaints, store visits, escalations and even a DoT PG grievance — yet no proper response or resolution. Extremely disappointing customer service

    Hi @airtelindia I am trying to report an issue I am facing since deactivation of voicemail svc. Your executives and supervisors are acknowledging there is an issue but say they cannot raise a complaint. Do you want me to port 6 mobile and 1 brosdband connection to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia The internet actually becomes extremely slow afterward. I’m paying for an unlimited plan but can’t use the internet properly. I’ve alredcontacted support multiple times, yet there’s still no proper resolution. @airtelindia, provide a genuine solution instead of automated replies.
