    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Initially network was very poor here. Now also, it's very much fluctuating, but main prob now is my data is getting exhausted very soon even with no activity at all. By 1 pm, 1 GB data is over already. U guys are cheating us big time !!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been nearly 2 yrs since I complained about the pathetic airtel mobile network in T Narasipura. I keep getting msg saying that u have setup a new tower & so on, but it's getting very irritating day by day. Thinking of porting it to some other n/w

    What is this bureaucracy method you are following up? One of my pre-paid number not working because of sim damaged. I sent a boy with authorised letter and ID copy to collect the new sim but center is saying user need to be present in person. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There are lot of broadband issues since last 2 weeks. Too much loss of connectivity that too for long time. What is going on. Even after raising multiple tickets there is no resolution yet

    @airtelindia Your service is getting worse day by day. It's better to have WiFi connection from some local operator than you. At least issues are fixed in an hour by local service provider.

    So as per your customer care executive, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it was activated automatically today 5th September 2022 at 2.58pm IST & when I called you guys, that lady deactivated this service and said that ₹1 will not be refunded! Even the #MyAirtel app doesn't show it!

    @airtelindia Our village is in rural area.There is no any tower of any mobile company .The population of our village is nearly 4000.The mobile holder are about 3500.But there is no connectivity of any network. So it is not easy to call,receive call,also no internet available

    @airtelindia we r facing continues lly internet problem in our area from last 10 days.. ur customer care always ends call with we have registered complaint but the problem still continues
