  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been 4 days since my broadband is down. Complaint no #10002445515 Been make to run around between assigned engineer and customer care. Jio fiber provides new connection in 24 hours in our premises and you can't fix existing connection for 4 days

  @airtelindia I have tried all means to get my issue resolved. My wallet was deducted for services which I requested to be deactivated 3 months back and none of the executive is able to still resolve and revert back my money. dropped in email as well as message on @Airtel_Presence
