    @airtelindia why do you not deactivate your broadband when customers don't voluntarily renew. Isn't this unethical to keep the meter running so that if inadvertently, a customer misses to request, you can release your extortionist team to pester for payment. Shame on you

    @airtelindia please stop your extortionist practices. Other providers stop broadband services if the customer doesn't renew but @airtelindia doesn't deactivate even when customer requests. Then after a few months, they activate their pesky callers to start pestering. Disgusting.

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia lady called form Vodafone Idea & I explained her total outstanding was only Ra98.99 as per Airtel message emailed to her. Airtel failed to update it resulting into services barred during pandemic if there is emergency what will I do.

    @airtelindia How many calls must a customer make to get one waiver of a wrong charge? And then due to a an error on your part, a customer has to pay extra charges only so you can refund them later after barring services? Worst customer service experience. switch to @reliancejio
