    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    I just now registered complaint to Airtel for refund. Soon after tweet received a phishing call from 7908520985 he gave another no. 9223011112 and asked to SMS encrypted text. Soon after he tried to register UPI on different banks. we didn't share pin. @MumbaiPolice @airtelindia

    @airtelindia How to remain connected when your network sucks and you took details multiple times and attempted no resolution at all. At least say you won't / can't.

    @airtelindia We keep on calling the sales manager but they don’t respond and hang up. Every time there is connectivity issue & account managers issue. They won’t respond and extend time without any results.

    Extremely poor service by @Airtel_Presence violating the SLA continuously. Its been 2 escalations and my landline connection is not restored after 10 days. Moving out from @airtelindia and next is to cancel my #AirtelDTH also. Highly dissatisfied.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ,, I still do not have network at my home. it has 9 months of complaining. Do you even care? Most of the time your said, you are not able to reach me .. it because I do not have the airtel network... Recharing only to keep the number active.

    @airtelindia #airtel_fails airtel is not loyal for customers they are moneyminded, how ever we contact to customer care there is no option to speck with them. No solutions from airtel side. Airtel will fall soon. #airtel_fails #banairtel

    @airtelindia My fixed line broadband is not working since three days and you guys are telling me to wait. No one has reached out to me to fix the issue even after so many calls. Not sure if you guys are willing to loose customers.
