    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - This is the 4th time I’m facing the internet problem. Still loading the page, seems like 2G speed. I gave the full payment for this plan but you didn’t fulfil your commitment. Really disappointed.this time pls give proper excuse so. @AirtelNigeria

    @airtelindia it’s been a month and still I haven’t got BB connection. I had filled form on portal twice and my building is RFS still no response from ur side. If this going to be the way for customer service then it is scary.

    @airtelindia All phone numbers I called though my phone Are not AIRTEL customers Still I hear recorded voice Airtel customer you called .... So stop this shady practice My family and friends use @MTNLOfficial @VodafoneIN @tatadocomo etc

    @airtelindia after the whole call goes through listening to coronavirus message, call gets failed or is busy. I’m kinda wasting a lot of time hoping my service provider will connect the call! #falsehope

    @airtelindia spoke to your executive, and to my disappointment u ask me to pay RS 150 just for the engineers visit. So in short I pay u more than 7.5 k annually for the services, which I possibly have no need since most entertainment service like Zee5, SonyLiv, Netflix, Amazon,

    @airtelindia I had called ur customer care and asked specifically Marathi language and once hindi option both times your exicutive was speaking in gujarati and as I can't speak gujju I asked him to speak in marathi or hindi or english.Every time they disconnected mycal stupids.

    @airtelindia Even after my repeated complaints...I am disappointed with your service. I have complained so many times for the issue related to internet access in my home. I was forced to buy wifi. Today my wifi is down and I tried using mobile internet but I am unable to use it.

    @airtelindia @rsprasad By default caller tone to prevent #coronavirus should be reduced to a certain limit. This is causing real trouble in reaching out people. Being into sales, we are feeling uneasy to listen it 100s of time in a Day. PLZ ADDRESS THIS ISSUE
