Charging more than any operator in the market and what they are providing pathetic network connection, No proper resolution, No customer support. Even if you want to connect to CS they will charge for that as well despite having unlimited pack.

    Worst Customer Experience @airtelindia Even after 20days, new DTH connection hasn't been installed. The customer care has been completely useless & DO NOT CARE for customer satisfaction. Installation in 24hrs was promised. Tired of writing mails and calling Customer care daily.
