    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Guys your network is so great that I'm amazed , I'm paying 499 rantal with add on 149 , and u have so efficient team who is unable to resolve my complain since a year. What is the point if unable to make or receive calls, time to port.

    Dear @airtelindia I'm not able to access your Airtel Thanks app It's more then 5 days can you resolve the issue as soon as possible. Today got the update on @PlayStoreOOC after updating the same error. Now what to do tell me.!!

    Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

    I was facing issue on my Airtel Xstream So I registered complaint for regarding this issue. Today one service guy visited my place but he not skilled to resolved that problem even he didn't know how to clear cache the system data. Very pathetic service @airtelindia

    @airtelindia It seems your sales team are not interested in selling prepaid cards!! Extremely rude and insensitive to your customers !! Disappointment will never care for your service

    @airtelindia your xtreme fibre broadband connection is COMPLETE GARBAGE. The range in the house is BAD. Reliability is WORSE. I am stuck with your worthless connection. PLUS, NO OPTION to reach talk to customer support anywhere in the Xtreme fibre app.

    @Airtel_Presence As stated in my earlier tweet the info was totally wrong inspite of having provided correct info to Ur backend and hence it is as good as no resolution of the problem, so don't try to avoid accepting mistakes in your systems @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I had applied and paid in full for internet connection 3 days back. No action has been taken yet. All I have been hearing for last few days is that "we will get it done soon" Kindly help.

    @airtelindia unethical practices adopted by you. Whenever your technician visits for addressing any complaints, they cut the cable of other operators. It creates problems to others.

    Still I'm using @reliancejio wifi also sim card the wifi speed is not good and also low network in my sim card I have 4 jio sim . Facing poore service. If Airtel provide affordable plan 399 / month then I choose the @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have raised a request for internet not working on October 6, request no. - 10087929893. The service engineer no. Not reachable. This same thing has happened multiple times. Question : Why do i have to pay for the days where my wifi is not working.
