Always need to Communicate through valid email id if not satisfied, calls are hopeless if complaint no not issued. #Airtel must inform changes in plan through email & take prior confirmation.

Hi @airtelindia I have already paid my postpaid bill on Dec 31 for the month of December,then y am I still getting irritating automated voice message before every call telling me to pay...This is utter nonsense & troublesome for the customer..Kindly investigate asap..

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since last one months I am not receiving otps for. Even after many escalations and complaints issue is still unresolved. Every time complaint has been closed without resolution.

@airtelindia I choosed to port to airtel bcoz of its adds n Swadeshi Company. But i am getting frustrated as my calls are getting dropped, no voice after connecting, netwrok issues... Not able to port out also bcoz of TRAI norms. Got stucked. No resolution even after complaing.

@JioCare I received a call 2 days ago that the team is working to fix the issue. But there is no improvement. Slow speed issue continues. I believe switching to @airtelindia is the only option as it offers good speed in the area.

@mansha_rathore @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Telecom companies have taken Indian customers on ride, as they know that few thousand voices doesn't work, market is too big & we as Indians have acquainted with the chalta hai policy. We really do not understand what world class service means, that's why treated as cattle class.
