@airtelindia WTF is RC79 there is no sms pack in it. Recharging with 79 & u aren't allowing us 2 send an sms. Is it worth paying 79 for just incoming to be active? U r focusing on ARPU but ur users will decrease. Me & my friends gang planning 2 migrate to other netwok. BestOfLuck

@airtelindia I have raised a ticket ‘136812532 ‘ as i am unable to use internet through a fixed line. Your technician visited home yesterday and confirmed me that it will be resolved in 30min and no update until now. Kindly look into this matter and help me to resolve the issue.
