  This is honestly becoming unbearable. Airtel, what kind of service is this? 1.31 Mbps download speed while paying for a supposedly reliable data service? We are already struggling enough in this country, yet even basic internet access is becoming a daily battle.   I selected the 2–3 PM slot for my Wi-Fi complaint on the Airtel Thanks app, but the technician started calling from 9 AM onwards. If the technician can call anytime, then what’s the point of selecting a time slot? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  Dear @airtelindia I paid my Airtel postpaid bill, but my services have still been suspended. This is completely unacceptable. I have also not received any bank OTPs or payment-related notifications, which is causing further inconvenience. If my payment has been successfully processed, there is no valid reason for my services to remain suspended. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently. I do not want to face any further disruption because of an error on Airtel’s side.
