  @airtelindia @Airtel Why are you cheating with customers? As per postpaid plan hellotune is non-chargebke, but while customers are going to set the hellotune for the very first time, It is showing them to make the payment. Pathetic service

  @airtelindia @airtelindia I am facing this issue from very recently. You have to answer this. If you people are not ready to provide unlimited,then stop claiming it. If you keep on fooling people, you are going to face some serious legal issues.

  Dear @airtelindia, I recharged with the ₹1199 prepaid plan, which includes Amazon Prime Lite. The Airtel Thanks app shows the benefit as Active, but my Amazon account shows "No subscription found". I haven't received any activation SMS or email from @amazonIN . Kindly fix it.

  @airtelindia menus with no option to reach a human representative. We pay for your services and deserve timely customer support. If Airtel cannot provide even basic access to customer care, it raises serious concerns about your commitment to customers.

  I pay @airtelindia ₹4000 rupee for one year plan. After the recharge too much network problem unable to use net banking app and WhatsApp media sending. Even phone showing 5G network while it is working like Edge network. They're increasing price but network is really disgusting. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia cant believe its 2026 & u expect customers to go almost a week without Wifi in Delhi! Every day an engineer is assigned, he visits, does nothing, says it’ll be fixed the next day & then stops picking up calls. Fix this or just disconnect my connection at this point!
