I was charged ₹250 for an engineer visit despite being a 15+ year Tata Sky/Tata Play customer. Customer loyalty deserves better. Many other DTH operators don't charge loyal customers for such visits.

Airtel Seems to be Inspired by "Comedy Nights with Kapil Sharma",Where they have been Putting up a Marathon 5 day Comedy Act. Airtel Messages giving Service Engineer Name and Contact. SVC Engineer doesn't Show up. You call their Mobile but they refuse to Pick up. And this Marathom Comedy Show will Continue further.The Message says one can click on a link to give 2 options 1- Satisfied and 2- Unsatisfied. The link never opens !!
