  @airtelindia every alternate day we are facing issues in our WiFi ? If you people have such kind of cheap services to provide and waste our time, then do let us know, we will not waste our money by doing monthly recharge and struggle for the Internet.

  I raised a request to remove my DTH service and add IPTV to my Airtel Black plan. I even paid ₹500 for this change. However, it has been weeks now, and neither the Airtel store executive nor the Airtel app has been able to resolve the issue. @airtelindia

  Is this airtel fiber wifi just to waste time? Every month for 2-3 days it just doesn't work and there is no way that you can have any convo with a customer support but a useless piece of chat bot which is on repeat mode. Didn't have this issue with jio.@airtelindia @reliancejio
