    Disappointed with @airtelindia. Despite raising multiple network issues, my complaints were closed without resolution or my consent. Moving to another service provider. The public needs to be aware of this lack of accountability. #CustomerService #Airtel

    @purohit__anuj @airtelindia carrier roaming packs are the biggest travel scam nobody talks about pay a premium, get garbage speeds, and zero accountability eSIMs changed the game for this. set up before you fly, works on landing, fraction of the cost. no SIM swapping at the airport either

    @Airtel_Presence Since 17th May, I am following up for one simple shifting of wifi. This is the worst network and pathetic customer care. Sales people make customers fool and technician/engineer keeps their phone switch off. Cancelling my wifi, will be porting my Postpaid too. Enjoy @airtelindia
