  @airtelindia Hello, Airtel services are getting so bad that I am not able to get replacement of my SIM for last 30 days. I gave all papers to Airtel office Jodhpur chopasni road to Ms Kaushlaya. They have such a bureaucratic behavior that first they forgot to send papers

  It's 2026. The AI era. And @airtelindia has me living like connectivity is a privilege, not a service I'm PAYING for. Fix this now or I'm switching ISPs and making sure everyone knows exactly why. This is the most pathetic customer service I've ever experienced.

  Today is last day of my recharge and today @airtelindia gave me unlimited 5g network. Such a cheap and pathetic company, have some shame you fraudsters. India's biggest scam is airtel's unlimited 5g data scam. It should be included in books.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence SHAME ON YOU AIRTEL! In Katihar, Bihar – full 5G NSA 3500 signal, 5G phone, ₹349 unlimited 5G plan recharged, only 94GB used this month... yet every single day my data is still being deducted from the 1.5GB daily quota! This is straight-up FRAUD

  Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtel, my AirFiber installation is stuck. Technician left saying server issue & cancelled request, but app still shows “installation in progress.” Paid ₹400 + ₹1500. No update or resolution. Please fix or refund if installation cannot be done.

  @airtelindia worst decision of choosing airtel wifi as per the conservation the wifi needs to install at 1500 but post installation everything the technician was asking for 1798 more than the promised amount 600rs extra don't know for what purpose your support did not had idea

  @Airtel_Presence claims to be India's no 1 Network but isn't even able to provide a proper network along @Central_Railway Main lines. Network drops at Thane then it becomes worse till Kalyan. Time to change network operator @airtelindia
