Getting f @airtelindia broadband connections installed. Two revelations: 1. The calls to customer to installation ratio is 700:1 2. The OTP to installation ratio is 200:1 Not a complaint @Airtel_Presence ,but I think about 20% of your total traffic is installers calling up houses

@Airtel_Presence Everyday, I shoot a whatsapp message to your installation head in Prayagraj, Mohit(9935091618) telling him that I do not have internet but it doesn't help anyway. Bhai kis baat ke installation head hain jab ek connection nahi thik karva sakte to !! @airtelindia @jagograhakjago
