    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no refund received. Your support team told me to contact the bank if refund was not received by Monday, even though the issue is completely from Airtel’s side.

    Even after recharging with Airtel prepaid 5G unlimited, the 5G unlimited data is not working. Despite complaining multiple times, there has been no solution to the problem. I am in 5G coverage area but not available 5g unlimited. Reply ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI

    Day 4 and the issue continues to happen, airtel doesn't solve your problems it tells you to buy another one of their plans, all the fake promises of fastest and best customer service by airtel, can't solve a single problem and reply @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been more than 12hrs since internet is down. Hoskote, bangalore. Very disappointing as we are facing often outage. Time to look for alternate.

    Dear @airtelindia, network quality and internet service at Exhibition Road, Patna, is extremely poor. Everyone in our office premises is facing constant call drops, weak signals, and unusable internet connectivity. Complaints have been registered multiple times but not resolved.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your team has put WiFi in safe custody with 90 days free period, but now sending bill for safe custody charges - including DTH. Pathetic experience from customer service. No email id to contact, no other way to connect w/o waiting 20 min on call.
