    @airtelindia Your customer care service is the worst. I have been requesting them to update my email ID three times from 25th Nov till 2nd December. 1. Provided incomplete information. 2. Updated email ID incorrectly. 3. Closed my ticket without rectifying the issue. #Airtel

    @airtelindia as service charge, i am quiet shocked with that and don’t know if you really charge for porting to same network. Thridly, he asked me to pay to his personal google pay number. I am enclosing the screenshot of the payment. I want the truth whether you really charge?

    @airtelindia I had a very strange experience at airtel store, banjarahills road no 12, hyderabad branch today. I went to port my sim region from airtel to airtel. Firstly he said you can only port to postpaid thought its same network i want to port, secondly he charged me 350/-

    @JioCare i have a fiber connection with set-top box and there are many restrictions in watching tv , even I can't change the channels with channel up-down buttons, please solve this problem or I will cut my connection and will get back to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia shame on you! I've been trying to get an INR 1498 Airtel black plan and looks and I'm being told the engineer will call me to arrange a visit but it's been 3 days, however, no call, and non-existing customer service.
