  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 40+ days. 8+ SRs. AirFiber fails after my corporate VPN connects. Same VPN works on every other network. No L2/L3 team. Tickets closed without contact. Can't fix it. Can't disconnect it. Who is accountable?

  I have contacted your customer care more than 3 or 4 times just this week. Every time, I receive the same response: “It will be resolved soon,” “Please switch to 4G and then back to 5G,” or other troubleshooting steps. However, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.@airtelindia

  Please help Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged with an eligible 5G unlimited pack, but my 4G data daily limit is still being deducted. 5G is active on my phone but unlimited data isn't working @airtel Please help don't do fraud from your customers

  Now either cancel my queued recharge and refund it, or activate it immediately because that's why I paid for it. "Pay first. Don't expect service, support, or solutions." That's exactly how this experience felt. @airtelindia @TRAI #PoorService

  @airtelindia @airtel_wifi raised issues past 2 months issue not got resolved it is daily issue frequent disconnect atleast 1-2 hours. Raised this issue no one knows how to fix this worst technical team ever in Airtel. Paying the bill on time for this worst network.

  @airtelindia I posted my complaint of extremely worse network in my area in Bangalore and then someone asked my mobile number via DM and nothing happened after that. Your service is as pathetic as your network

  @imYadav31 Tbh I was consistent with my @airtelindia for more thn 10year but 2 mnth ago despite of raising 100 of complaint nosolution provided store had excuse that my sim port is damaged that's why am unable 2 use but as soon I switch to @reliancejio I got my resolution & quality net.

  Airtel wifi services and customer services sucks. only thing they know is charging the amount for full month. they don’t care about providing internet services for complete month. Internet is down again after 3 weeks. total mess @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @Indian_Analyzer @airtelindia is one of the worst service provider . Postpaid 5G sim giving speed of 2G . Raised multiple complaints from last 4 months and they automatically resolved without connecting me . That's Airtel experience . Airtel slogan should be no customer service only ads
