    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Inspite of having FULL DND enabled on my Pre-Paid number, why am I yet being bombarded by calls from Banks for Loans etc?? I had previously complained of the same, & was told that the same would by resolved by 13th March 2021, but the issue remains.

    @airtelindia if this is a upgrade strategy, its a horrible experience for user. Not to have access to calls and send/ receive messages without notice is unacceptable

    I had registered a complain with airtel on 28 Feb. The issue got resolved on 12 Mar after I tweeted airtel about service. 3 days later, same issue is happening and I donot understand customer service.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Yesterday, I changed my setup box, the engineer thought it was gone but not working till date. Airtel is not listening to any officer. Customer is being harassed.
