    @airtelindia what kinda crappy customer service you’ve. I wanted to cancel/remove the Apple TV subscription from my AIRTEL Broadband account. Yesterday, I raised a request and one of your executives said she has done and I’ll have to wait for 4 hours to reflect in my account. Now, today, when I called up again, another executive, who doesn’t know how to speak to customers, said it’s not possible to cancel/remove the Apple TV Subscription from my account. She also said it’s “FREE”. Since when is Apple TV free? Even if’s free, I would still want it to be cancelled. If you aren’t cancelling/removing the subscription from my account, I’ll be porting my voice and WiFi services to Jio. It’s your call. And I can tell you’ve lost many customers in my apartment complex.. be ready for some more folks to follow suit.

    10+ year-old mobile number. Dues cleared. Ported from Vodafone Idea to Airtel. Still no OTP or banking SMS due to an unresolved MNRL issue. Customers shouldn’t suffer for telecom backend failures. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India #MNRL #Airtel #VodafoneIdea

    @airtelindia Is there any way to reach out your Customer support agent. Your IVR option is made in such a way that it will never allow the customer to talk to a human being. Your AI chat is so worst which never fixes the problem. No wonder people don’t like your services

    @airtelindia Irony is, If I visit Airtel office, they are ready to install new connection within 24 hrs, I don't know how?. I can't even cancel my connection without supervisor approval and the supervisor is never available even after 30 mins in the call.

    📍 Airtel 5G ISSUE | 29.943623, 78.100835 @airtelindia Persistent 5G issue at this location. I’m an Airtel postpaid user, and multiple Airtel users/colleagues are facing the same problem—5G is unavailable and phones remain on 4G.

    @airtelindia Network issue is still not resolved. I have already contacted customer care emailed and reported it through the Airtel Thanks app SR No C5OPD3WST20260801708984 Resolution promised 06 Aug AM Today is 07 Aug but the issue still continues. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare Yes, looks like I need to switch to @reliancejio as it’s horrible to pay for 1 month and getting service for 7 days but @airtelindia don’t have feelings to loot common people money. #shame on #airtel

    The most pathetic and cheater company is @airtelindia... If I would get delayed by 1 day in paying the bill they will charge me 100 extra and here they are not able to resolve an issue from last 4 days
