@Airtel_Presence i have a very important meeting in 30mins .Now my wifi is disconnected and my mobile signal is on one bar .Airtel doesn’t provide direct customer care contact numbers .I will surely book a case against airtel if my wifi doesn’t get fixed in 30mins. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @airtelnews Dear airtel, I booked airtel fiber ,on 12 sep a person came for kyc,after 3 days he told me it is not possible for them to provide a connection so U have to cancel the connection by calling the customer care to get the refund. Still i didnt get any refnd

It just gives us time, it's just frustrating but there is no solution. Airtel employee is there to trouble us. They did’nt even solve our problem in 5 days and didn’t even response. What they think🤔 Get the connection once than suffer. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India
