    many in our society switched to @airtelindia fibre optic for broadband after years of mediocre service by @HathwayBrdband thinking it will be very good. But over the last many days finding it to b as good or bad as hathway. @Airtel_Presence u may want to do something about it

    @airtelindia Worst customer support and worst network operator. Have been facing problem of connectivity from about a month and complained on the customer care number, nodal officer and airtel thankless app. Still issue is not resolved in about a month. Wasted my money on Airtel.
