    Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I had installed wifi + tv in bhutnath,assam area. Two guys came for installation. They were very unprofessional and now our neighbours had complaint that their wifi broadband is not working. I have called them multiple times but they have not received my phone.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My Airtel WiFi has been down since 28/05/2026 and is now completely unavailable. Office work and daily activities are severely affected. Local engineer confirmed a damaged main cable with multiple joints causing repeated failures. @airtelindia

    @ChristinMP_ Thanks for highlighting the issue. Airtel has closed the previous ticket and opened a new one saying resolved. But the issue is yet not rectified. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia My broadband in Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur has been down for 2 days. Complaint #10958700266 is still unresolved with no ETA. Requesting urgent escalation and a clear timeline for restoration.

    @airtelindia worst service worst network worst customer support. For past 2 weeks am struggling to get my WiFi work. Without even confirming with me, the ticket is closed. What non sense is this? The assigned person says he is not this area. Again he is being assigned.

    Now @airtelindia has stopped responding as well. No service, no updates, no assurance. I pay my bills regularly, yet I can't even access my CCTV due to the internet outage. Subscribing to Airtel Black Internet has been one of my biggest regrets.Customer support seems nonexistent

    @airtelindia I was charged excess 1000 even when i had international roaming plan active. When checked the details in the bill the number if minutes charged extra does not match with details. None of your agents are able to help me with details and the service request raised gets resolved
