    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , mistakenly added topup to my postpaid number and immediately called the customer support team. They say the transaction cannot be reversed. It's not a small amount...not the kind of customer support i was expecting.

    @airtelindia your field engineers are denying visiting the site to resolve the issue and everytime I call to customer support they just say "sorry for the inconvenience sir, please wait your issue will be resolved probably in sometime". Probably!!! What the heck is this?

    @airtelindia No Network Access No Internet Access I don't why we are paying too high charges for too low Services. Dear @airtelindia I think if matter will not resolve soon the the Goodwill of the company may decrease.

    Their technical have already take back the device and after informing 10 to 20 times to airtel they keep calling me to pickup the device. I don't know what is happening bit @airtelindia is now taking his customer response so lightly. I will recommend everyone to use @reliancejio
