    Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

When we were in Goa, your stores made us run around not sorting the issue.When i came to bangalore, you’re now telling me to go to Goa/maharashtra and get this resolved.This is beyond pathetic service

    @airtelindia Your billing is becoming ridiculous. Your team advised me to change my billing cycle and said there would be no issue. After that, ₹235 was added, followed by repeated late-payment/extra charges. Now ₹706 is being demanded. I’m a long-standing customer.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia cancel my new connection order for WiFi + DTH. As your employees are not able to full fill the order on time. They are not picking up my calls. Saying they are no routers available in the company. Cancel my order immediately Request ID = AASSTP097Z. Refund the amount

    @airtelindia Facing pathetic customer service from last 4 days with no resolution and this is happening to customer who’s using Airtel for last 10 years. @Airtel_Presence I guess it is time to move on from Airtel. #customerservice

    @airtelindia you people have got a 3rd class 5g network, not even a single call can be made without a call drop by any of the numbers we have at our home, jio is far far better, porting all to jio

    @airtelindia This is nothing but customer harassment. You have closed my complaints without taking any feedback, confirmation, despite the fact that the problem is STILL NOT RESOLVED. Is this how Airtel improves its service—by closing complaints instead of fixing problems?

    @airtelindia in MIT Rambaug colony the services are worst. After several complaints also they don't consider the customers. After some days the complaints are closed. This is going on for many years & months. According to Airtel money is important & not customer.
