Network dies suddenly from being on full 5G signal strength to no network and back. Mobile data doesn't work, calls not going signalh, when on full 5G signal strength. Am I your QA?

Airtel admits capacity issue but has taken no action. My work, productivity, and income have suffered while Airtel keeps charging the full bill.

All three of them lasted atleast 6 hours and yesterday it was all day long. So will I not be billed for those days or how do you guys plan to compensate that?
