    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The policies and recharge plans are very well designed so as to compel a customer to pay more. Very good. Well done. The smart recharge plan of Rs. 49 has been removed and minimum smart recharge plan of Rs. 79 has been introduced.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My pack of rs. 49 is not yet expired then also i am. Not able to send message for port. Or any other text message. Kindly help. Reason for port : you have stopped the recharge of 49 and i have to spend 129 or 149 rs on a keypad phone.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I have been following up with my broadband issue but no one in your customer care team is taking it up seriously. As a customer I expect some seriousness from the customer care team. I hope that now atleast someone will look into my issue

    @airtelindia Wonder whether your company is genuinely interested in growing its business. Iam a 16 yrs old fixed landline & broadband customer. Have applied to change the BB services to Fiber on 18th June but till date no response despite reminders. Very poor services.

    @TRAI @DoT_India kindly pay attention and take strict action against @airtelindia unethical practice. They are slowly increasing lowest monthly recharge. From 38 to 49 and now 79. They are forcing poor rural villagers to pay more amount to keep number active in this covid time
