@airtelindia I got a sim replaced with a new one. I was told 4 hrs all it takes for activation. It's been more than 12 hrs now and both sims are not working. @airtelindia is moving on to 5g is it? 4 calls since morning and no solution yet. Shameful @airtelindia

@airtelindia Cont..In the advertisement, you are telling that we are transparent to our customers. I don't know the reason for this issue. Decided to move to new provider once my paid money utilised. I have choosen Airtel because of the customer service, that is not the case.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been more than a quarter now and still my Postpaid bill issue not resolved. Every time I call your customer service, they convince me that it will be resolved in next 1 or 2 days but it never happened. Need immediate attention here.

@airtelindia Such a bad and pathetic service. While buying a wifi connection, they were so good and once the connection got installed and paid the money, Airtel started showing its colour. Raised complain yesterday still no response and they're messaging that it's resolved. Pathetic service
