@airtelindia service is extremely disappointing..one pays for Airtel extender POD ( mesh) upfront 1k deducted last Friday and after 4 days, no response or update. Even after having called the helpline. Such is the benefit of being Airtel Platinum Customer for last 10 yrs.

@airtelindia @AirtelXtream today i am being told by Hanuman (sales executive) that due to 31st Jan month ending another installation guy couldn't come and Airtel has cancelled your connection. This is very unfortunate and never expected. I am a user of Airtel since last 12yrs.
