@Airtel I requested for sim swap 24 hours back for a corporate postpaid connection. Still it's not activated. Now I came to know that it will take another 3-4 days. Is this Airtel Thanks. Which world are we living when you're launching 5g but service is still 2G.@airtelindia

Still 24 hours away to expire my cellular validity. But they banned my incomming and outgoing service. i didnt even got OTP for my online transaction as well. Worst service @airtelindia. #worstthingtosay #airtel_लूट_बंद_करो

@airtelindia Hi is e-adhaar no sufficient for verification, is it compulsory to show physical adhaar card, now a days every one are updated. Not sure why airtel centers still need physical adhaar card. Just sending customer back like that is not good. You can even verify e-adhaar

It’s been more than 2 weeks. If this kind of service you guys are gonna provide I’d better cancel my order and move to some other provider. Even Bsnl takes lesser time than this. Absolutely bullshit service. @airtelindia
