They said we will look after it and will shedule it today any how. But now my sheduled installation has been shifted to new date on 19th of December (17 to 18 and 18 to 19th now). A very really poor service from a big company like that. And same goes with @airtelindia to

@TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no network to make calls and still closing the ticket as issue resolved. When making complaint no one is there to take decision about it. 2 days it has been and every ticket closed without and solution

I wanna recharge of our DTH connection. Id- 302720918. I would go with Airtel thanks app several times also I make calls with the customer care service, but i still can't able to recharge becoz no one gave a satisfactory answer to me , Very disappointed with @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sick and fed up of airtel network. Never there is signal to make a call even. Raised complaint on 17th and 18th without any solution to issue complaint is closed i am seriously disappointed and pissed off with airtel services. Better u shut down

Later I got a call from the installation engineer that they cannot give connection in my area. Why the hell did you confirm that your network is present in my area and collect money from me?? I haven't received any refund initiation message either. @airtelindia
