@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been trying to get a hold of your engineers due to a problem in my modem and the internet is down from the morning. I tried calling the engineer and they are just ignoring my calls. If this is how Airtel treats its customers i need refund.

@Airtel_Presence Not sure where it's true or not but totally disappointed with the way Airtel handles this outage issue. Making the customers suffer for more than 24 hours without a resolution. This is not the standard of service expected from operators like Airtel @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really pathetic service by airtel . I got my plan converted into black but inspite of resolving ,backend people closed by ticket two time without resolution. Also airtel mislead customer providing what they commit

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My expierence with airtel black is worse. No problem resolution, backend person closed my ticket with any resolution despite narrating the incident in detail.Also i been mislead regarding plans and freebies

@JioCare Though @airtelindia is somewhat expensive but in terms of service, it is far better than @reliancejio . Recently, quitted airtel just because it was expensive but realizing now.
