    Dear @airtelindia, as if your telecom blows weren’t enough, your DTH services too have plummeted sharply. Have been registering the same complaint for the last three days and the issue has yet not been addressed. Have received ‘issue resolved’ texts thrice, though.

    Dear @airtelindia I have applied for Airtel Xtreme fiber connection in Darbhanga Bihar, but your service provider in Darbhanga have cancel my connections just after the payment for fiber connection. My Airtel Xtreme fiber connection no. was 062724943239.

    @airtelindia Earlier plan 499 - Speed 40 mbps. Moved to Black 2099 - Speed 45 mbps. Tech. Person - Plan not updated in system. 🙁 After 1 day - Your connection is copper, request for change to fibre. 🤔Customer serv. - Your society dont have fibre. 🥴. #AirtelBlack

    @airtelindia. They are giving the excuse that, my house distance is 50-70 meter more than the allowed wire connection from Xtreme fiber junction Box. Your service provider is saying the allowed wire distance is 150 meter and my house is around 200-230 meter.

    @airtelindia Please try to provide customer service first and later spend time on promotions. Broadband issue raised and its been 20hrs now no resolution. service request 138450334 on Airtel Xstream Fiber ID/Fixedline ID 089146649133_ap from our end. Our engineer FR_Vasu yandava.
