    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I have faced frequent outage of my fibreline in Bangalore. Inspite of my repeated requests, everything is in vain. I am not sure that Airtel sends me a message at 10:40 about a planned downtime from 11 AM till 3 PM, then extended to 6PM.

    @airtelindia what the hell is this corona instructions message while dialing. had an car accident and to make emergency calls for help. this stupid message is coming on every call. this will be a bigger blunder than coronoa if we can't make emergency calls

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why you giving covid warning on dialing a call . Aropit or otherwise I will go to other operator. You have zero complaint because there is no space for consumer email to you in your app. Stop covid dialing tone immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia unable to connect customer care and unresponsive options in ivr.Need to update my email id in my account for getting esim asap otherwise switching to other service provider. Even call on 198 is unresponsive.

    @JioCare Thanks for at least calling and helping to get the things in progress, shame on @Airtel_Presence their people are now so rude and stubborn they have still not called to close the issue I am just waiting to switch from @airtelindia soon.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm in abroad and my sim stopped working.. In my Airtel it shows Active, my balance is above 200..still showing invalid sim. This has been updated in all my bank record.. Kindly understand the seriousness and fix the problem.

    @airtelindia I have ported my number from jio to airtel & it got activated but volte service not showing in my handset but same handset showing volte option working for other airtel sim so please activate the service for my airtel number immediately
