    Cancelled the airtel internet on 23rd July. Still receiving the bills. It was promised that the services will be deactivated within 7 working days, but what about the 2 months advanced rental..i guess that's what customer service is all about @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I strongly recomend not to buy set up box of Airtel. 1. Service very poor 2. Setup box is a mad box 3. No single day goes by when it does not hang 4. No service on rainy days/windy days I would rather recomend to burn your money rather than spending on airtel dth

    @airtelindia Hello, Broadband services are down from yesterday area Pincode 140401. It's more than 20 hours now and services are still down and no resolution. very unexpected and disappointing behavior from Airtel. The worst part is even customer care is not responding.

    1/2 @airtelindia After raising numerous requests and multiple follow ups, engineers are closing requests without any resolution and giving excuses to visit, check and resolve the issue. I work from home and totally dependent on Airtel Broadband. I couldn't have worse experience.
