    @airtelindia pardon my French, what god awful rubbish level of customer service do you guys have? Have been trying to activate a new number for hours now recharged the number followed every damn steps. HOW DO I TALK TO A CX REPRESENTATIVE? Why do you not have that option in IVR?

    @Airtel_Presence Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don’t expect any service from you, still how can you disconnect my cable as I have already paid the monthly charges much in advance. Is this some extortion. You have been sending me message after message for payment. Restore immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence complaint raised 26 aug, eta 11-1pm today. people call ask for otp to reschedule, yet my dish not yet fixed. That too when I am a airtel black customer. Is this how you handle black customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have given a complaint regarding slow internet connectivity since yesterday (3:30 PM) to their enterprise team. Its more than 12 hrs, i am waiting for the update / reply.
