You'll be surprised to know many people just do min. monthly recharge to enable only incoming facility & miss call outgoing. Majority of them are 2G SIM holders and are too poor to afford high value recharge.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a worst service and shameless balance deduction. Switched from prepaid to postapid and lost all 2 month prepaid service. When talked to CC they are like tgus is a diff process. (1/n)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Q4 Results declined by 11%. Not wonder why. Seriously..even in comparison of your airtel pack recharges are costlier than any service provider in india.. .. Did you not figure it out your profit declining? Only One Reason internet Issues.
