Shirish Pandey (@erscprxn) reported@airtelindia Bro, if you cannot provide good speed and uninterrupted internet why do you claim and charge price of 5g. I recharged my sim with a 3999 recharge a 5g unlimited plan, it never runs smooth and interrupted. Airtel is getting bakwaas month by month. Porting to Jio!

Repeated disruptions make this one of the worst broadband services. I’m now left with no option but to disconnect and switch to another provider. @airtelindia

For fiber, their on field engineers refuse replacing routers and ask us to go thru their overly complicated IVR system.

Also made false promises and then changed it at later time. I'm fedup and now trying to cancel which is not done easily by customer care.
