Suddenly both of my Airtel no,'s goes of network for two days then i went to Airtel store where he suggested to do sim-x for which he charged 200 as i received a txt he should charge 25 max , also after sim-x my problem is not sorted , #port @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since last one week facing spead issue. A simple 25 mb file is takin 45 mins time to download. Ple confirm by when it will be resolved. AIRTEL THANKS APP IS NOT USEFUL. IT'S UNABLE TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT.

@Airtel_Presence No issues, I am using mobile data of jio for doing my office work and it is working better than airtel broadband, take your time. Keep on enjoying customer's money, waiting for JIO fiber in my area then will get rid of airtel services. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Facing an issue with the network. Getting lots of disturbance on calls. Unable to call 198 due to disturbance. While opening AirtelThanks app it says "Please connect to the Internet". even though is connected. Never faced such kind of issue. Please help 🙏

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am based out of South Delhi and your network's reception is really poor. I have been complaining for the past few months but all I get is some random acknowledgment messages without any action. Time to move on?
