    @airtelindia This is very bad airtel. The engineer refuses to come to install wifi. I have booked airtel wifi , one day the engineer came and denied to install as they said there is no access and then cancelled my order. Now waiting for jio fiber

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Ok! But why @airtelindia customer care doesn't even properly address the complaint raised by the subscribers?? Since Feb 2022, network coverage is poor in our area and I've raised complaint twice.. Still issue isn't fixed.. WORST!

    Iam airtel user my issue is while calling airtel customercare or any other care like hdfcbank customer care iam unable to call them it automatically call drops like callended and this is only for customercare calls only please help me to reachme out @airtelindia.

    I request @airtelindia, @reliancejio & @VodaIdea_NEWS to please make such plans that if a customer doesn't finish his daily internet data then it doesn't get exhausted and adds up to the future unused data and only exhausts after the completion of its monthly validity period.

    @airtelindia Airtel network is extremely poor. It’s frustrating and irritating when calls drops which causes problems. If I don’t get assistance in this issue I will change my network carrier within 10 days.
