@rohitsriv @airtelindia @VittalGopal I too got cheated wth Airtel Dth plan n ignored it by paying n settling d issue but for also broadband connection, they r so nasty in d way customer care executive speaks. I hav recordings of all customer care executives which I will publish later

My Airtel broadband is down again from 3pm yesterday. I have already raised a ticket. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please look into this & provide a permanent solution to this problem and assign the engineer by 4pm Ticket no. 10059266782. Unprofessional really. It’s been 24hrs!!
