@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In the last 50 days, I have raised 5+ service requests for the non-working internet. I have been with no internet for 7-8 days. It has been 26 hours since I have raised my last service request. You don’t even care to work on it! Amazing service!

@airtelindia sucks at giving service . I had bought xtream Fibre and I was committed a date for the work to be done , leave the commitment they make us beg , but they need payment in full advance .

2. I was promised connectivity by the day end but it has already been 2 days since then and their dear executives are still requesting 24 hours. Upon calling 4 diffrent customer care executives, I have finally got a response to just wait for 24 hours more @airtelindia

To pay the bill of my mobile I need a network first then only data will work , if you're my concern please check the details of past 2 years of complaints no one is bothered to visit and check the issue at ground level. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence only assurance to resolve.
