    @airtelindia #TRAI Why there is no refund policy (as confirmed with airtel cc) from telecom operators. If a user is buying pack for 1 year and he is not getting a better service than he can port to other network. The operator should also refund the money for remaining months

    @airtelindia Hi airtel, Just came to know Rs79 plan do not have outgoing SMS service. Let me know how to do following. 1. How to activate SIM for Gpay, phonepe & Bank app. 2. How to send SMS for Port? 3. In Emergency SMS (life threatening) Isn't it stupid decision?

    @Rajendr600 @airtelindia Same here, no resolution after several complaints and they increased the rental as well now. Not able to generate the UPC code to port the number.
