Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have recharged from Rs 289 from my alternate number 8769271723 from Airtel thanks app and was promised to give Zee5 subscription for 1 month and now after recharge it is not showing under claim rewards and i am not able to redeem it. help pls

My dads @airtelindia SIM card had stopped working while he was stuck in the US due to Covid. This is pretty much his lifeline to connect to family in India, and manage banks/bills etc. Amazing support from @Airtel_Presence to help him be connected again. 1/2

@airtelindia Almost a month ago, the modem switch became loose and when I called the support engineer, I was asked to insert a small stick near the button temporarily till the modem was replaced. I did that, but no one cared to come and replace it.

Just done with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, horrible network, every month i am just complaining, even got my sim changed but problem persist. Customer support worst until you message for “PORT”. The only excuse they have all along is tower being upgraded in your area.
