    @airtelindia @TRAI Yesterday I gave request to port my number from Airtel to Jio due to Internet service issue. Since yesterday I have received multiple call and that is so irritating even after telling my reason and requesting them not to call back again. @airtelindia change it

    Same issue again. Your @airtelindia area manager was rude and unhelpful. Refused support saying it’s 5:30 PM and no staff available. I work the Australian shift and need urgent resolution, but no concern shown. Is this your service standard? Resolve ASAP. #poorservice #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being billed for 2 WiFi connections when only 1 exists—and that too not working. No internet for 2 days, no support, only rescheduled complaints. Field team says “cancel & take new”! This is harassment. Fix immediately. #Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ticket #655846975 wrongly marked resolved for Airtel DTH (ID: 3067484255). Still facing “No Signal” issue since Wednesday. Please reopen & send an experienced engineer. Very poor service.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Why making fool to customer Jio is giving that services for free and for you a decade long customer is paying for the service and still looking for the usage after following up for almost 4 months

    I raised a ticket for speed issue with @airtelindia wifi connection 1 week ago. No resolution till date and no engineer visits. Apparently as per them i am their priority customer holding airtel black account with 3 postpaid and 1 wifi connection. This is the reality of service.
