@airtelindia poor customer support my wifi is not working from last 4 days logged complaint however nobody cares to resolve my issue I am on the verge of switch to another internet provider . Airtel dont take their customers seriously .

Worst service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews its been more than 48 hrs my Wi-Fi is not working. Trying to contact Airtel costumer care but not able to connect them even tried to connect with local Airtel provider that person is not even responding to my calls.

Pathetic service by airtel team in Ballia UP @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no wifi since last 3 days. Tried calling customer care & reply is it will be fixed in 4 hrs. Already it has been 72 hrs & no fix available. All i get is "sir sorry for the trouble, we will fix it in 4 hrs

@vikram_badge @airtelindia @Airtel That is absolutely true! I fixed the issue by contacting the same service guy who came last time.He was punctual and sincere not like the fake human like bots in call centre. Shame on airtel!!!!
