It takes min 3 attempts to connect a call & get the message through. No amount of service requests have helped. Thanks to this experience have stayed away from Airtel WiFi.

Your decision of not having an oncall support means customers need to commute to nearest Airtel Center to get issue resolved. Extremely poor service.
