@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Bad service and poor resolution. Service ID 10010096961 at 3:21 PM 17 dec Closed by engineer without resolution 3 times (3:23 PM, 5:52 pm n 6:03 PM). Reopened 4th time, now it shows that service will be resolved tomorrow. What is this carelessness?
