@Airtel_Presence customer service is worst for international roaming users. The SIM card becomes faulty all of sudden and there is no way to get a duplicate sim. Strongly discourage people not to use @airtelindia sim if you are traveling abroad. No support or service provided

I am afraid of not getting Data in next billing cycle as well. Now a days, running out of data is like running out of oxygen. Hope, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence resolves this issue immediately.
