    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why am I not able to activate iMessage / facetime on my iPhone?It keeps giving error-“An error during Activation”.I even recharged with Rs 10 topup so that some balance is there for sms,but still same issue.This seems to be due to network issue only.

    @airtelindia I have raised 3 requests, one related to mobile internet speed and two related to DTH and I see there is no response and reaching the customer care is so tough these days, buried inside options and online chats are limited to few options only. #Airtel #service

    @Airtel_Presence Praveen, no they are not looking. Since yesterday no one has come to fix it! You network engineer told me yesterday morning that he is short staffed and since then he is not picking my fone. Today too he hasn't picked the fone. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Airtel vs Jio… Waiting from ages to get a Esim configured on my I phone. Visited their biggest show room in Rajasthan. In Jio today @Diwali a small outlet at Shyam Nagar Jaipur did the same in flat 10 mins. Airtel loosing big time in c service n tech.
