    @SandeepParekh @airtelindia One time I had such issue. It happens when we change or modify the document we used earlier to buy sim . So when any new requests come ,earlier documents don't match

    @airtelindia @MIB_India very pathetic service. Raised multiple complains regarding not able to use the wifi connection. Facing this issue since 14th May still no resolution. I am going to cancel all my prepaid, postpaid, wifi connections now. #airtel

    @airtelindia I recently bought a UPS from airtel for my airtel Wi-Fi and it stopped working upon raising a complaint I got a feedback that airtel has stopped providing replacement of UPS - then why did you provided a low quality one in the first place?? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia The home WiFi at Gurgaon is down since Saturday. Airtel sends SMS about the outage & soon that the problem solved. But it’s been 3 days & it’s not working. Call centre says the problem solved but it’s still not working.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel wifi line got damaged fourth time in a single month. Atleast this is d reason I gt everytime I call customer care. What's the point if it goes damaged this frequently. TV, mobile, camera nothing works cz its all connected with one airtel wifi.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is useless to feel it, say it's been kept on priority and still being unable to resolve the issue in stipulated time. No ground staff has contacted me since last 2 days. Thanks to @reliancejio that has kept us going. Else, we would have been left to Airtel's mercy

    @airtelindia Its been 5 days since the post, and all @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia did was, send a few messages saying "we are looking into your issue" that's it. No resolution, No solution. This is how stoop airtel has really gone. Fake ads and fake promises.
