    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The way he spoke to me as if he called me to threaten me, I told him revalidate from your his system regarding the payment and asked him to town down. I told him you are talking as if like a road side rowdy not like a customer care representative, behave . He hung up on me.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took a new fiber connection.. very pathetic service. Applied for a static IP. The technical team doesn't know how to configure router.. Manager & technical team not answering calls. My number 99898 35005. Airtel refund my money. Unprofessional staff

    Please help me @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please help deactivate my current wrong recharges and refund the amount to me. I want to use a new different recharge but I can only do that after a refund is initiated. I am worried 😟. Please be swift with the resolution. #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia😡 IM FACING NETWORK ISSUES FROM LAST FEW WEEKS . MY PHONE IS ON BUT ITS SHOWING OTHERS THAT MY PHONE IS BUSY/SWITCH OFF .IAM UNABLE TO RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS SOLVE THIS ISSUE FAST .UPGRADE THE NETWORK .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Team, Please ask your customer care executives to be polite and always mindful of what and how they speak and please ask them to validate before the call. I received a call from your team regarding payment due , it was utterly opressive tone.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My sister recharged my Airtel India phone number with wrong amount paks twice, 1799 and 301 respectively. I would like a refund for both these recharges as I wish to use the 2999 pack instead. Please help me out. I have been a loyal customer.
