They just charged my retired father in law 30k for one month of intl roaming(he requested one day) by giving him a post paid connection(he wanted prepaid), refused to cancel the charge(not a 1 call made- airtel credit limit 7k)

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've raised a request 10018590916 for internet issue. From past couple of days the internet speed is very slow and can't manage it with that speed. And there is no proper action on my issue. Kindly resolve the issue by tomorrow EOD else disconnect it
