    @TRAI @airtelindia Subject: Request to Allow WiFi Extender Usage for Broadband Connection Respected Sir/Madam, I am using Airtel Broadband connection with WiFi connection number: 04015311420. Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage.     @airtelindia introduced “Priority” for postpaid users, but I am already a postpaid user and still facing very poor network speed. Sometimes calls get dropped in the middle of conversations. What is the use of priority service if the basic network quality is still bad?

    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare At least Jio customer care options have an option to open ticket. And even if they make you wait 10-15 days they will come. @airtelindia guys have hidden that option behind AI. I can't even request for a Router change! Why India does not have a proper global reliable ISP!
