    Try connecting @airtelindia customer care. Looks like solid cost cutting has done. It took me 12 min , just to get email id of airtel customer care from the employee. To register a complaint, took 2 hrs through multiple touchpoint of chat, call and email.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what kind of svc it is. Paid for wifi router on 25/05-order#- 84302. Talked to service exes several times. no response or resolution yet. Atleast have the courage to refund the amt? Is this d way to trt long time loyal customers #airtelpriority?

    Internet was down for 2 days and #airtel has no courtesy for giving any compensation for this poor service. There was no way to raise a ticket as call (121) and chatbot all give only automated answers. @jagograhakjago @airtelindia

    @manujosephsan @airtelindia Ported all family members to VI and one spare JIO number for tackling connecting or travel issue if happened... Airtel behave like a mafia?! Experienced in broadband service from them?! They do shaddy things like no internet foreny hours*?! Now in Airtel fibre no problem??
