@airtelindia Robbing data. My data is switched off when not in use. No social media apps. Data to all other apps are off. 1 hr Google surfing no video 1 GB over. @reliancejio providing better service with genuine data. Will stop Using Airtel. #airtel5gplus GL loosing customers.

Worst customer service experience by @airtelindia . My Wi-Fi connection is not working for past 10 days everytime I call them they are just giving fake assurances that it will be resolved by today and if asking for disconnection from the services they are saying it can’t be done.

@airtelindia I have an Xstream connection. I lost internet connection abruptly yesterday night at 9pm. When I raised a complaint I’m given a slot for today evening. This is very very bad service. Should it be resolved on priority instead of making me wait for almost a day?
