Mamta Painuly Kale (@mamta_kale) reported@airtelindia Dear Airtel Customer Care Team, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I have received from Airtel. I have been a loyal Airtel customer for several years and have maintained an Airtel Wi-Fi connection along with approximately 4–5 Airtel calling numbers. For the past year, we have been experiencing repeated issues with our internet connection. Despite numerous attempts to contact your representatives, our complaints have not been handled properly. In many instances, our calls have not been answered. When representatives have visited our home, they have simply checked the connection, stated that everything was fine, and left without actually resolving the problem. The situation has now become completely unacceptable. For the past 15 days, our internet connection has been completely non-functional, yet we continue to be charged and are paying a substantial amount to Airtel every month for a service that is not being provided. It is extremely disappointing that, despite being a long-standing customer, I have received neither proper assistance nor a permanent resolution. I strongly object to being charged for a service that has repeatedly failed and, most recently, has been completely unavailable. I therefore demand the following: 1-A detailed review of my service history and previous complaints. 2-A refund/credit for the period during which I have paid for services that were not properly provided, including compensation for the prolonged disruption over the past year. 3- I am more than happy to return your connection, so take it back I expect Airtel to treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and provide a written response along with a clear resolution within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the complaint through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. I have been a loyal customer for years, but the level of service I am receiving is unacceptable. I expect Airtel to take responsibility and resolve this matter without further delay. Sincerely, Mamta Kale

Grace Tlz (@TlzGrace) reported@airtelindia It's been 20 days since I texted you but I haven't got any response. Your lack of concern and empathy has caused a lot of mental distress and agony that I am on the verge of depression. I spoke to customer care day in and out yet my problems has not been resolved.

Dr Shubham Kamble (@drshubham_07) reported@Airtel_Presence Deadline Day and you’ve ghosted me! I have internal emails proving my missing Fastlane is YOUR backend failure, not my phone. Activating a premium service shouldn't take a consumer court threat, but here we are. Fix it NOW or pay ₹50k. @airtelindia @TRAI

Shivam Rathore (@Riya12096) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI In Firozabad for 4–5 months: 4G shows but no internet, 5G lasts only minutes. Complaints given 15-day timeline then closed without fix. Please resolve this urgently. #AirtelNetworkIssue #Firozabad #worsenetwork ---

Avinash 🇮🇳 (@avinash6292) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI 2/4 Every time you just give a complaint number and a new resolution date. But the actual problem is still the same. Nothing is improved. Now Airtel is talking about 5G/6G and next generation network, but in rural areas you are not even able to provide proper 4G service.
