    I started my journey with @airtelindia in 2006 onwards by their network I hv moved to postpaid since 2013 and I’m facing a lot network issue since last 2 years and now today it’s gone as no service.. really disappointing

    @airtelindia your network connection is pathetically slow, when I contacted the care one month before they are saying some work is happening near by and the same is saying now. My bill is generated now... for paying that I may need to go for near web cafe.

    @reliancejio @JioCare only asks customers to DM their number And address Never provides a real solution. In my experience, it's currently one of the worst network operators in India Poor service, false promises and no value for customers @airtelindia network is 100x better

    @airtelindia I have requested shifting on 6th June still waiting for my connection. You need all bills paid on time but no customer service. I called many times to the local technical team member Mr Gaurav 9319872062 provided by sms for installation. I called many times but disconnected. Now thinking of changing providers.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence More than 12 hours my wifi is down, multiple tries to get in touch with customer care failed. Created complain via Airtel app, the technician failed to show up, now rescheduled for Sunday. You couldn't respond to me on a working day and expect me to trust you guys to show up on a Sunday? I think it is time to part my way with airtel, 10 years of trust down the drain. Easily the worst customer service #fail
